Makes me sad that people are blaming JD for sucking @ muta micro while not giving zero credit to microing so damn well.

Why are people so negative. It's not like Zero haven't taken games off Jaedong before, geez.

I think in this this case, ZerO completely predicted JD's mind (Or Soulkey) because ZerO is known to play a more macro game (even though macro is pretty limited in ZvZ) and Hive play ZvZ so Jaedong want to contest ZerO with 12 Hatch every game so he would kinda of play "play-straight-up-12-hatch-vs-12-hatch" esque kind of play but ZerO (Or Soulkey) thought it through and went into different mindset in-game.

However 9 Pool vs 12 Hatch is still up in the air as to who would win. If 9 Pool is successfully fend off by a 12 Hatch, the player that fast expanded would have that additional hatchery advantage (watch ZerO vs Jaedong Ace match). So this showed that ZerO not only thought ahead (or Soulkey...lol) of Jaedong but he also outplayed him in-game as well.

As a ZerO fanboy, today has been a great day. I will patiently wait for a ZerO vs Flash final. I know that many would expect Flash to go for some early timing pushes that will not allow ZerO to go to Hive game which he excels at. But As we saw today, ZerO (Or Soulkey *sigh* tired of typing this) have the ability to play mind games as well. Zero will go for some 2 base Lurker drop timing into Flash's main and stuff like 4 pool and proxy Hatchery plays. I sincerely hope that the prince will finally be crowned after all those years.

You know zero was using queens long before soulkey.

I thought this comment was hilarious!

Someone either wasn't paying attention or is a really really optimistic Jaedong fan!

LOL at this. Maybe a typo or the guy's just not paying attention.

I can't stand it. For me its either ZvZ finals (not the best choice) but guarantees there's no Flash, or TvZ (good finals MU) but there is absolutely no guarantee that it wouldn't be Flash.

maybe because Zero ZvZ 50% and Jaedongs 74%? but whatever, Zero looked much more prepared than JD, who just couldn't bring anything new and relied on his experience. It was a pain for a fan to watch him playing this way.
I wonder which zerg JD will lose next time. Action?

Look, I like Jaedong just as much as the next guy. But he really did it to himself (again). Not to take anything away from Zero, his muta micro was superb. I think he only got hit by like 2 scourge in all 4 games, he definitely deserved to win. But Jaedong going 12 hatch every game just didn't help at all.

Well, it was good to have JD at the top of the power rank for a month.

12 hatch every game :-( Reminds me Flash and his 14 CC getting roflstomped 3 times in a row by ForGG.

OMFG! That's the last thing you want to do against Flash. T_T Absolutely last. Like... no fucking chance of success. You need to play standard and be super-prepared, and only in midgame you can kind of do something strange. But Flash reacts to all early non-standard just perfectly.

Because JD lost to Hyra because of Muta micro before. So the conclusion is, that JD muta micro is not very Good. Good is always compared to the best. He maybe had for some time the best muta micro, nowadays he has not.

I was visibly shaken when I watched the Vod's at work, and had to take a fifteen minute break to regroup.
