The Goliath hit his observer twice, he knew it was there. Picking off the tanks one by one with an Arbiter is safer then trying to rush in with the entire army + Arbiter if he knew Leta had 2 Vessels.
There was 2 win conditions pure had, he could either disable the goliath then win with air vs no antiair, or he could disable both vessels and win with cloak vs no detection.
The first option has the risk of arbiter being emped before getting to the goliath, pure attempted many times and was emped most times. He was slow on the uptake while leta was in the field and when leta was turtled, this option was not feasable
Disabling 2 vessels, you can stasis before getting hit by an emp, so one vessel should be able to be taken out with no problem, as you saw, 2 can be stasise with proper micro, pure in a way succeed with this win condition, his problem was, he stuck around and let the unchecked goliath kill his only cloaking unit, hence the draw. One can imagine if he waited and got his arbiter out, then ran up the ramp with cloaked zealots.
maybe Pure knew something we didn't. He had a lot of chances to try and win it with his Arbiter alone. If he started to just picking off the tanks with it, he would have forced the Goliath out eventually. It is not like the Vessel is gonna shoot back.
I just don't get what was going through his head when he SHOULD have been attacking all along with the Arbiter. it's so frustrating.

Ummmm... Before he stasised the remaining SVs, He dodged 3(?) EMPs (leaves the SVs without energy). He can easily go for option A from that point but he did option C, which is try both A and B then fail.

Leta had two sci vessels and he would have just used defensive matrixes : \ Statis-ing two sci vessels would have been easier to execute on his part i guess.... he just didn't expect to lose it

I really do not buy this argument ever. How many hours a day do they practice? Why would you expect them to be exhausted after 50 minutes of playing, a decent portion of it at very low apm?

Playing in tournaments is very different from playing practice games, though.
