This could really go either way, as both teams have strong players, but I have a good feeling about Hite. Unless Hydra/Snow/Horang2/Leta all get rolled by Bisu/Fantasy they should be ok.

top 4 teams make it, and SKT is 4th right now. Hite is 5th and 6-10 are most likely out of it (mathematically possible for 6-9 I think, but not likely).

If Hite wins this and SKT goes winless or 1-1 in the next two rounds (against KT and Oz), then we will probably see KT, Oz, Khan and Hite in the playoffs. I'd say that Khan, Hite and SKT are all worthy of the playoffs though and it'll be a shame for the team that fails to go through.

There's a big difference between SKT fan and Bisu fan. It's not a crime to want the rest of SKT to shine instead of JUST Bisu. Though wanting Bisu to lose probably isn't the best idea.

That shuttle/reaver/goon micro was awesome. Bad spawning position for fantasy, but still, completely outplayed. Can't blame the nat run-in on positional imba, and that cost fantasy his first 3 tanks, which allowed movie to run wild afterwards.

I think its more or less faith in fantasy's TvP versus Bisu PvP. They're both good in respective match-ups but PvP can end up being a BO loss and that's stupid. Besides, they need someone for Hydra.

Honestly, I feel that Hyuk would've been a better choice. That was awesome play by movie. He took advantage of an opening, destroyed some tanks, gained the initiative, did some kind of gosu elevator-lure the-tanks-into-unsieging-using-shuttle reaver drop and dt's sealed the victory. Damn.

Seriously, if those first 6 lings didn't do as much damage as they did, S2 would have no chance judging from the way he played for the remainder of the game. He let 4 zealots kill all the workers and the hatch at 5 ffs. So horrible. The guy cannot multitask even a little bit.

Of course that's the reason he won, I'm just trying to explain why he played the rest of the game like he did. If he had attempted some kind of very aggressive attack after the very successful ling harass, he might've lost. Movie has very good control so the way to defeat him (at least for a player like s2) seems to be to outmacro him.
I'm predicting a Protoss (Snow or Horangeeeeeee) being sent next. No need to send Hydra and risk a 9p vs 12h, when its clear a more competent Protoss (Snow) would 99% trash s2

You forgot the part where he gifted reavers.
He couldn't do anything about that. Reavers were out, and s2 a-moved a ground army + scourge. Shuttle couldn't get close enough to pick them up without getting sniped.
Honestly a better protoss could probably have come back. That battle in the middle could have been closer with better observer control and storms, and if s2 had not taken out the fifth, his position would suddenly have looked pretty grim... I really think he was too cautious.
look at that attack on inner 9 in the replay. that was so bad by s2. he threw away a dozen lurkers, several control groups of lings and some hydras just because he had no micro. he even burrowed 6 lurkers together at once so that they died 2 seconds later to storms.

Two vult run in, one dies, the other only gets one kill, but disrupt mining a lot. Nevermid, gets two other kill while two other vulture run at the front. Pretty nice harass I'd say.

s2 lost too many drones to vulture harass, couldn't run his 4 bases efficiently (the fact that he only had 2 extractors for a while is a telling sign).

Yeah... he scouted Leta's defensive line with a muta prior, and still went for that bust. Had all the hydras absorb the mines/tank shots and pretty much suicided his queens (save for the 4-5 brooded tanks) into the array of turrets and goliaths.
I'd actually prefer s2 play more defensively, expand, deal with harass, and use his queens for when the terran pushes out; when he doesn't have the very comfortable defensive set up.
s2's should've picked a different race to play, his (and pretty much all other SKT Zergs) multitasking simply isn't good enough. If he focuses on something (like breaking Leta's siege line), he does it pretty damn well. It's just that he failed to macro up a followup wave in time to finish off Leta, or properly saturate his fourth for the longest time ever.

Bisu can definitely do it. Leta has never been a top TvPer, he's the favourite against any Zerg in the world including Hydra (unless it's a BoX :D), and Horang2/Snow are good but not Bisu-level.

SKT is slumping ^^. I don't know if this sounds weird or what, but the supposed one-man teams are the ones performing with a more complete roster (Action, Stats, Killer etc). Where as SKT has pretty much turned into SKTY.

I like fanboys discussion, and I'm always happy to see Bisu lose, but this is getting tiring... I mean I'm ok with people posting "yes, i'm happy skt/bisu lost" or "skt not playing that well atm" or "kt gonna own you soon". But "skt sucks" just seems... stupid ?

Yeah, and a measure of a team's awesomeness is getting the top spot and maintaining it to the end of all rounds and to the grand finals. SKT failed to stay on top. KT's case? They don't need to be good in the first rounds if they can grab the top spot later . March 16 IS THE DAY!

Except for Bisu, I'd have to kinda agree that SKT sucks atm :\ at least in the WL format, they're sooo much stronger in the Bo7 PL format
Their players didn't really show any depth to their team today though. However, SKT has the best coaches and that preparation really shows in the PL format (though not as much now as in the previous PL format).

I will explain why SKT sucks in terms of tatics. they want to be like KT in terms of sending their ace player last as they KT had been on a winning streak. But here's the problem. Flash is a terran, which is a race that has the least build order hard counters against it, even against 6 pool, you just put 2 scv on ramp repairing each other with a single marine to deflect the initial 6 lings. Secondly, Bisu sucks against any decent terran player, unlike flash who is relatively even against all races. Therefore Bisu should be sent out as their first player and not the last player as he tend to lose against any decent terrans. Fantasy should be saved for the last as he is much much more versatile player than bisu who is a kind of single matchup specialist. Therefore SKT should send Bisu out first and get as many kills as possible to give the rest of the team a boost of morals. Moreover, sending your ace player last means that he is under a lot of pressure and does not has as much flexibility in his playstyle( he cant try risky builds), thus limiting the player's ability to play to his fullest potential.
To those who keep saying Bisu sucks against any decent Terran player, I'd like to kindly inform you that it is 2011 where Bisu actually won a game with Carriers and has good PvT, not early 2010 when Bisu was hardcore slumping.
That being said, the nature of Bisu's playstyle and race makes him less dependable than Flash. He's still a very solid ace, only less dependable than Flash himself this season. SKT simply just doesn't really have any solid supporting players to work with this season (whereas KT has good ole' Stats and a resurgent Action).
And Fantasy is a horrible player to depend on at the moment

For one, he should not have blindly fast expanded when he see that terran has not expand and he nvr even manage to scout what the heck the terran is doing. Even more so when the entire team is depending on him to win the match. You call that decent PvT? I beg to differ coz even I know that you shouldnt blindly fast expand when you did not scout his base and the terran nvr expand

Movie has been on fire lately, but I didn't expect him to take out both BeSt and Fantasy..... SKT, you really need to step up your game, especially with your next game being against KT coming up soon.

It seems like only last week Bisu was being criticised for playing too safe when he is last out. Oh right, it was.
Seeing this result only makes me smile. Now when SKT plays KT tomorrow night, they will be facing even more pressure.
For some reason, I hope it would be Bisu rather than Best playing in the MST Group 5 on Wednesday night. Then the SKT/KT match pressure would even affect Bisu's individual league chances, which would be more enjoyable. But I actually kind of like Best, so gogo Best, practice for your MST matches! ^^

Hwaseung is winning without Jaedong, KT has perhaps gained some depth with different players aswell. Kt's winning streak is broken by MBC(who should be weaker then ever without Light).

im a skt/bisu fan (same thing really since boxer is gone from bw and oov is coaching...i guess fanta and best are all that skt is other than bisu (oh and a few zergs) now) and im glad that leta is winning games, i havent seen him win a game in forever
I belive Fanta should get sent last because Bisu performs well when he's warmed up and not under pressure. Just look at his all-kills this WL season. Besides, Fanta might not be too hot these days, but I still think he's more clutch than Bisu.
I'm also happy to see Movie back in form, he's always had a very entertaining playstyle and I like his aggression against Terrans, as showcased against Fantasy (more )
