whats good matchups for us apart from Skyhigh TvT? best pvz effort zvz snow pvsoo well I can return that hydra zvp movie pvp snow pvz ok so now we know that there's no point in talking about matchups because each side got some of what they wanted I guess that's what SuperArc was trying to point out :p but his first response made it sound like CJ only got lucky in one matchup, which was skyhigh's TvT Yeah and if you look at stuff like Best PvZ <-> Hydra ZvP youll realise that CJ didnt really get lucky. Also why do people always talk about stupid CJ getting lucky when there's a Coach behind this team carefully picking players for each map ok fine, you're right skt coach is just better than cj coach Yes I think today the SKT coach might have might better decisions Then again I shouldnt take your post serious because its only to incite and be a dick since you probably havent suddenly changed your opinion 180° of MUs being CJ favoured to MUs being SKT favoured. I actually thought that the matchups for both teams were pretty much even. So you're probably right about me being a dick. Lets just agree to disagree then since the possibility of us changing each other's opinion is most likely zero.
Maybe I misunderstood you, I was pretty sure you were saying that CJ got lucky overall with MUs. If you're saying it was rather even then I wont disagree
I guess that means that I disagree to agree to disagree so that were still disagreeing

CJ's obviously going to send out effort, and bisu has been wrecking zergs lately. Maybe skt1 trying to be unpredictable? I don't know, but I hope this doesn't mark the end of SKT1 in the playoffs. unpredictable? skt always sends fantasy out for ace matches... i dunno why everyone's suddenly hating on fantasy now that bisu is performing well... it's like all the fanboys came out in hiding, and this is coming from a bisu fanboy as well This isn't hating on fantasy, and it's not about being a Bisu fanboy, it's just that everyone knew CJ would send out Effort. Why would you send out Fantasy, who's probably already shaken up by losing twice, in his worst match up, against a great ZvT? It only makes sense that you would send out someone like Bisu, given his recent PvZ performance, to make it to day 3. Please do you think SKT coaches are stupid? they have their reasons. Reason #1: Fantasy was preparing his ass off for this ace match with a special strategy, they are not gonna throw this all away because he lost to skyhigh Just because the coaches selected him for the ace match, and had him prepare a "special" strategy for Effort doesn't mean that he was the right player before they told him to start practicing. Well if you bring up that argument, then your argument of "they shouldnt send him cuz he lost to skyhigh twice" immediately doesnt make sense anymore. Use your head yo Plus he was obviously the right one to send for that map, its not even good for PvZ. gg Sorry but you and I know that wasn't my entire argument. Also, I don't use "cuz". Done here. Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I paraphrased instead of quoting you. It wasn't your entire argument but does that mean I can't point out when two of your arguments contradict each other? It's not two, it's one. You're right, regardless of whether or not the player selected to play against effort in the ace won their game(s), it shouldn't have anything to do with the decision to play them, since they've been practicing long beforehand. So I admit that his losing against skyhigh twice is ultimately irrelevant. But I would've still told Bisu to prepare for ace instead of Fantasy for the other reasons. Can I now type gg and declare myself the winner in this unwinnable conversation? It would make me feel awesome/gosu/like a man. I dont get your first sentence. One argument contradicting each other? Maybe it just doesnt make sense to me because of my lack of english. ok gg I dont wanna make anyone not feel awesome ^^
I just meant to say that you were right about my contradiction. They should play whom they told to practice for Effort. No, I'm not being sarcastic.

If it was pretty even, then clearly CJ coach made better decisions to offset the fact that our players are just overall better

Fantasy was definitely a good choice. Effort is notoriously bad against mech, and they really couldn't afford to send a sniper to attempt to get Fantasy because Bisu was still a very real possibility. Snow or Skyhigh would be dead if they had to face Bisu, but he could also potentially beat Effort, so Bisu would seem like the right choice, so they pretty much can only send Effort. And SKT decided to send Fantasy with his mech instead.

But I guess on the internet, it's difficult to interpret the true meaning of forum posts.

It is true.

Bisu is friggin 3-0 vs. Effort. With him owning Movie there isn't much CJ can send to counter him. They tried Iris yesterday, but that failed as well. The rest of SKT is a cakewalk. Fantasy and Best can be stomped by a wide range of CJ-awesomeness.
Hoping that Effort can step his game up and beat Bisu on Tuesday.

wtf. Effort just didn't adjust his strategy.. the wall being there should have made it obvious that the zergling all in would fail.
And am I the only one who things this 3 day bo3 thing is stupid?

SKT's real winner: s2 and maybe that baller DT
Best and Bisu both won, just like yesterday. Fantasy got crushed by Skyhigh again, and Soo and Hyuk demonstrated ridiculously terrible play in their games. But unlike yesterday, s2 actually won to even get it to an Ace match.
And from there on out, the combination of Effort playing like garbage and Fantasy playing decently led to a pretty easy Fantasy win.
On side note: Soo is really really bad, and Movie isn't much better than him to be honest. Both guys played like garbage both days.

should just ignore highways, he's been spewing this same anti-terran crap since forever - TBH it's boring and predictable
Not sure what to think about this format. I mean my head says it's better than super-ace but I'm not enjoying it too much either.

Think it's slightly more fair than Super Ace, but might be more taxing on teams ranked 3,4,5,6 since they have to play so many games.

Bisu & Best won today as well as yesterday! Nice

Why do you even watch Starcraft or post on TL? The only thing you seem to process about starcraft is "T>Z, protoss is underpowered." If you think so negatively of this game, why do you watch videos of it and post on a forum about it? I just don't get how someone can be so spiteful and still enjoy themselves here. =(

Why isn't Highways banned yet? He trolls about Starcraft imbalance as hard as AzureEye/Februarys, who recently got banned for the exact same thing.
I hate Terran as much as anyone but damn.
