 Before this OSL Finals I was very worried/excited about Flash vs. JD. I thought (like the most I guess) that Flash would take the OSL easy and indeed it seemed so after his 2-0 lead. Then all of the sudden Hell breaks loose and Effort is able to tie Flash 2-2. And wtf is up with the 14cc failure that led to a complete collapse of Flash in game 5? Flash is a really great player and definitely the strongest Terran currently and of all-time. A lot even say he's the best overall though I for obvious reasons put Jaedong on top The point is this is an OSL Bo5 Grand Final and he lost to Effort. A very fine player by himself but he's no Jaedong.I'd really hate to see JD lose to Flash in the MSL Finals. Was also very worried/excited the last Finals they met in though I believed which payed off (not including all the Power Outage issues). My inital thoughts went like Flash takes this easy 3-0 and JD will have a hard time. So I was hoping Effort could pull of a single win and if he'd managed two that would be incredible I'd almost be certain JD would do even batter. Now Effort has acutally won and beaten Flash! I don't know if Flash went other builds as some have said to throw Jaedong off but seeing how he got handled the last two games he should just say fuck it and use the best build he could. Sure it may just be flawed fanboy logic but I'd be really disappointed if Jaedong doesn't beat Flash and more likely wipes him after today's play. After Effort won his first game I hoped he'd tie it 2-2 and then Flash would win 3-2 to get his Golden Mouse. Honestly with his beastly play and sick performances he too deserves to be in that league. My "darker side" likes that he didn't in a kinky way as then Jaedong has something Flash doesn't. A Golden Mouse for what it's worth. But there's another season to get a shot at it though this was his prime season and he blew it big time. At least I've got a lot more calm in anticipation of Flash vs. Jaedong. Maybe a little too much now that Flash actually lost and Jaedong in general should be an even bigger threat the Effort. No disrespect or anything but JD destroyed Midas and with a shaked Flash it should be quite doable. Of course it ain't over till the fat lady sings as Flash still has one week to come back and prep a killer match. Still gotta hand it to Jaedong now he really has a way to study Flash's weaknesses and his mental fortitude which JD excels in. Looking forwards to the "Dream Finale" of Jaedong vs. Flash  | ||

Mmmm no, because Flash's builds were still working but then he's doing all this other shit now when he could've have beaten his old builds to death for a while longer. On the other hand, when Bisu's builds started to fail him, he refused to adapt at all, and now he loses to Frozen and Lomo. | ||

I'm not sure how well that expression works, but you get the idea. | ||

Your fanboy tears are blinding you right now I didnt give credit to flash in the first two games, effort choked and repeatedly made mistakes, flash made one mistake in game three and five and it cost him both games, im meerly pointing out that for how fucking good flash has been over the past 7-8 months its compleate bullshit that effort is more deserving of the title | ||
