Game 1: builds a shield battery and 2 zealots, leaves shield battery with zealots + probes to attack and loses a bunch of probes and zealot. All he had to do was kill the bunker and stall with shield battery until a goon comes out. Ultimately he lost a bunch of probes and lost his lead vs T. Pure proceeds to suck some more by not even having speed zealots in late game, making his attacks fail pathetically. Then tries to do carriers on equal bases with the Terran who's moving out to fight his army. Dropped templars to storm but got 1 storm. Game 2: divides his army into 2 groups, goes and traps one of the groups trying to break through a tiny ass choke and gets half the army killed for nothing. Proceeds to keep on attacking the 3rd with the tiny chokes that are already walled throughout the entire game, and again trapping portions of his army at that base to donate the Protoss army to the Terran. Again fails speed zealot timing. Unit compositions sucked badly as he loses half his goons then charges in with pure zealots+5 goons vs mass vultures. Units totally out of position for the majority of the game, forcing him to sack his bases and go for dumb counters. Game 3: skipped through most of it. Pure fails by virtue of not using his brain and being a mindless Protoss-using robotic player. Impressive games from Flash, impeccable macro. I just wish he had a better Protoss opponent. | ||
