More importantly, it's neither TL nor a one-time remark by commentators that's going to make Flash bonjwa. Why the impatience from his fans? He's well on his way to win his Golden Mouse and maybe even the MSL, in which case he's sure to be recognized as a bonjwa. No need to press the issue. Anyway, let's not turn this thread into a bonjwa/not-bonjwa flame fest. Go to the PR thread or something for that.

Unlike Jaedong, Bisu and Stork, Flash has never failed to qualify for both OSL and MSL after he first qualified. It's obviously not up to our expectations (obviously Flash should have surpassed Nada's in titles so far, lol), but his losses were generally reasonable and not due to any lack of skill or unusual funk.

For a guy with such a high win rate, it's funny how he only has 2 titles. I won't deny that Flash is playing really well as of late, almost unstoppable. Brings me to the days when Savior would rape everyone (except Chojja) on any given day. Nothing would stop him from that title. I just think Flash needs to show more results in Starleagues. Show me the titles. Oov is 4/4 in finals, Nada has like 6 titles, Savior was pretty much godlike when he won his 4. Flash's on the right direction though. Used to get bounced all the time by stupid things, but now he's consistently making it through in convincing fashion.

And Flash can only be compared to Nada and Oov(with July=JD) in that aspect, Boxer and Savior dont even come close.

It may be that way but I've never seen an elo system not give out atleast 2 points for a win (mayhaps it's because of the big disparity in SC as opposed to other sports). I was just saying that based on watching the TLPD update game by game, I didnt do any calculations. The rounding might play a small role, but it was at least 5.5 ![]() fun fact: Flash is 80-20 in his last 100 games ![]()

Both silly ways to lose but neither showed a lack of skill so much as a bad choice of build orders. He never played BADLY, basically. And my point still stands that he ALWAYS qualifies. he may go out in group stages sometimes but that's not a slump -- it's not a big deal to lose 1-2.
