What did JD do wrong that game? Aside from choosing to go with 3 hatch muta. Mutas didn't do much but Light didn't let him do anything with them... Honestly I was surprised JD lasted past the first vessel push.

exactly - that timing was beast. I would say that jd would have been okay if the dships haden't landed, but i know that jd didn't have the gas to build the 6 scourge necessary to take down the dships

I guess this means Light is no longer the Invisible Terran

Jaedong always has periods of wtfness. Though I don't consider losing to Light as "slump-worthy" material. Light is GOD.

Yes, but he is no where near as good anymore, and he has been losing to the other team aces. Lost to Light/Flash/Stork/Effort/Zero, not that they are bad or anything, his standards are higher than this.

Seriously, when the first vessel made it to the contain, I was afraid that the game would end right there.
It didn't end only because of Jaedong's fantasic savior-like timing. Jaedong didn't do much wrong in the game to be honest.

Hum might want to edit the spoilers on the OP.... they are broken :p

true. I want to say that it's because he was practicing for the OSL, but....

Thats not how ZvT works, you have to do some damage, which he never did to Light. His 3hat mutaling was horrible and killed nothing leaving him at a really bad position on 2gas( he lost his nat gas to the seige tanks).

Jaedong can't win all leagues.

In fact the replay is out, and Jaedong did build the 6 scourge. Except Light Dmatrixed them. Damn ballerness.

Two cool plays from Light: - Sandwiching Jaedongs early muta harass between two mnm groups. - Dual pronged attack with drop in main and land-based push. Congrats!

How can your standard consistently be higher than the best? It's good to be among them.

Yeah, it was those dropships that finished it. I thought JD was defending pretty much perfectly for most of that - he did manage to stay alive. I'm surprised he managed to get defilers out during that first push.

yea...but he didn't lose his third gas, and didn't lose a single drone the whole game, which kind of sort of not really makes up for the fact that he didn't really harass very well at all.
he was just about 4-6 drones behind after his first initial ling attack failed, and then his muta ling didn't do any damage really. He almost brought it back with pure baller timing, but light played amazing, and prevented jaedong from coming back.

Wth happened to you Jaedong?

And where would you have done damage? Jaedong was poking around in Light's base, and he didn't find an opening.
