hes in a slump for a while and may not recover Always nice to hear some professional analysis, good thing your usually wrong (like horrendously wrong) for the first 30 or 40 minutes. But seriously people have been saying this is the end of Jaedong for 3 years, he's still the reigning MSL champion and Winners League has been a lost cause for Oz anyway. I mean christ, he's not even sub 50% his last ten games; it's absurd to look at his entire career, then at his last few ZvT's and say it's all over End or not, I think it's time people can legitimately start throwing the "s" word around. + Show Spoiler +Jaedong lost 0-2 to Baby and then he lost against AIR FORCE ACE in Winner's League. I know that even S class players have their hiccups and occasional loss and we can't call a slump on those minor things alone. But the players Jaedong has been losing to and the consistency with which he has been losing to them, it would be hard to argue that he isn't slumping at least RIGHT NOW. Maybe he'll pick it back up in as little as a week, but right now it is definitely a slump, not just a "Oh Jaedong lost a random game here or there, he is still the best player ever though." Jaedong has always been the kind of player who wins and dominates by his mechanics more than anything. When everyone else reaches his level of mechanical skill, he will slowly start to fall. The question is whether we've reached this point in progaming, or perhaps Jaedong is just having a rough time lately. Why are you quoting me to disagree on a point I didn't make? Housemd said slump and you said he was wrong.

Edit: Forget I said anything, looks like just a misunderstanding

wow wtf? those stats are ridiculous
I guess meta-game needs to evolve from 2 hatch muta in order to counter 1 rax CC. But I highly doubt it will, 3 hatch before pool is just very not viable unless you get a very early scout in
EDIT: actually scratch that. Time to move on to Starcraft 2. I don't see Blizzard patching broodwar TvZ balance anytime in the future

Things could be better balanced through maps however. What frustrates me is that Kespa removes the two maps which were actually balanced TvZ (Outsider and Heartbreak Ridge) but keeps Neo Moon Glaive which is horribly imbalanced.

WOOOOOOOOOOW. Jaedong Light is a monster yo! what's his current win streak?

Light has been incredible in WL. It's kind of surprising for me since his execution is often not as flawless as the other A players.
Also, the people that keep spamming the KT vs OGN results in this thread, GO DO IT IN THE KT VS OGN THREAD, NOT HERE!!!

What is there to be confused about? Like many people, I don't watch the games live due to the time. I'm behind and catching up on the VODs. WL games are incredibly long compared regular the Proleague season.

Like many people they expect a in depth discussion if seeing a 4/5 day old thread being bumped.
