It's not in the SC2 section --> It's a SC1 tourney; I think this is the general rule for now at least until it's no longer beta version.

When he first started the tournament he didn't have a key and was sharing off of Skew, apparently. Now he does but he will use this to play on the Asia server with his Korean account instead of USA.

If that was the point of the tourney I'd have just given it to someone random who doesn't have one. I am not gonna DQ someone when they have played several rounds already and give a whole lot of w/os just cos he wants it for an Asia server key.

I don't think Nigol was trying to deface Temujin. He was just trying to prove to those that said Temujin never hacked that he did indeed hack a long time ago. Aiming for the crowd, not him.

Same here. I would just give the key whatever happens.
I don't think he will lose anyway. He is damn solid when it doesn't worth it and he doesn't have much pressure, and I don't think Temujin is as good as Nony anyway (remember also how Idra demolished Nony when it didn't matter, at the beginning of TSL).
Should be entertaining. I like Temujin play in general.
