Are you fucking serious? That's Mooncat for you ladies and gentlemen. A biased troll. Have a look at his other posts, for starters in this very thread. Fuck you. Why don't you go ahead and start calling every passionate fan a biased troll? Of course it wasn't clear that Flash had this, but there no way in hell you can tell me for sure that JD would've held 7, which was to decide the rest of the game. What? 3 sunkens and a defiler at the base, about 3 ultras with like 5-3 at least very soon and some cracklings, about 6-7 hatcheries when Flash had 6-7 medics and 8 or so marines, main and nat mined out. One min only in the middle of the map. Watch the game when the vod is out, don't talk until you have watched the game objectively. You clearly missed the fact that Flash got mined out and the fact that JD couldn't have lost the base even if he tried. Flash could have camped for a bit longer but he was done. The disc was actually at the perfect timing for Flash. Any earlier and he could have perhaps still won. Any later every idiot would see that he'd lost. It captured the moment it was all over for anyone who knows anything about bw but there was still sufficient flashing lights and pretty colours for idiots to think stuff was still going on.

After the decision was announced, Flash looked absolutely devastated, and the look on Jaedong's face wasn't exactly a happy one. These leads me to believe that they just looked at the game, without really asking the players what they thought. I could be wrong, but I'd like to believe Jaedong would agree to a rematch, if they had asked him.
So I don't support Kespa's decision, and I think it will be a black spot on this final, should Jaedong win, however, looking at the game, I think it was pretty clear Jaedong was ahead. It was Jaedong's 4 mining bases, though one was under heavy fire, and may have been lost. We'll never know what would have happened if Flash's attacks had continued, but it looked like Jaedong was going to hold it off. To Flash's 1 mining base, with his second CC floating over to the expansion. It might have been down already, but not mining all the way, I'm not sure. But even then, it was still 2v4 bases, with Jaedong holding off the attack.
I wouldn't put it past Flash to have come back from the game, but he was in a very tight spot. And if this were any other event, than a fucking final, I would agree siding with Jaedong. However, it's a fucking final, rematch, plz. KeSPA made their decision on their own, after looking solely at resource count right before the crash
KeSPA is fucking retarded

i cant believe it! the world its crashing!! this final its simply SO MUCH.

MBC is a joke
Summary of everything MBC has done wrong
1) Decide to not go with the public outdoors event but rather have a restricted indoors even with less than one thousand people actually allowed in, the rest effectively watching it on TV 2) An hour worth of worthless commercials / interviews before the first game starts but after the said start time. 3) Long commercials between games, including crowd interviews 4) The actual outage. Considering the nature of starcraft they didn't decide to invest in even minor backup systems that would allow the players inside their area to play out the game while the broadcast was shut down due to a power outage or something. 5) I guess this is on KESPA, but awarding Jaedong a game he hadn't won. Yes he was ahead, yes probably by a lot, but that's not enough to simply award him the game. 6) Apparently a fan invaded Flash's booth soon after the blackout. Coming after the 'faggot' incident with the fan's sign MBC has so little security that somehow someone gets physically up to Flash. This is a huge deal in terms of concentration, etc, that affects Flash much much more than Jaedong.

Both the first 2 games had large swings where the other player appeared to have a lead... then lost it. Jaedong was ahead, but he wasn't so far ahead that Flash was somehow all ready on the gallows. One min only in the middle of the map, main and nat mined out, and with such perfect macro before that he wouldn't have anything saved up, with Flash's entire MnM force crushed right before the power cut, with defilers defending the base. First, JD wouldn't have lost the bottom left. Second, a Z with 2 bases with a third coming > T with one min only IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAP how do you defend that? Defend it the way you normally defend that type of thing. Don't mistake my post as those crazy enough to suggest Flash was ahead. He wasn't and Jaedong most definitely was in much better position. However, Flash still had some science vessles (unless more were scourged off screen), some reinforcements coming (albeit not enough to actually take 7), and for Jaedong to win he was still going to have to use those defilers and push into flash. Flash's attack might've been pushed back further away from JD's base, but it wasn't knocking on flash's natural. And, others have stated... It's Flash. That's not fanboyism or a delusion; just a fact. How do you normally defend against fully upgraded ultraling with defilers? In fact, normally you don't. That's the point where Terran generally starts losing to the Zerg. However, 1 min only in the middle of the map vs 4 base Z with potential of 5 gas? Puhleaze rofl are you retarded? flash vs calm game 3

QFT. I'm amazed they don't have one of these for the finals... I thought they had a backup for the damned regular games, seeing how anal KeSPA is.
Amazing. My store where I work at even has a power backup.. feel robbed.

He failed, his push gaining no ground and his vessel count being totally destroyed. With only 2 vessels against 5 gas defilers it would be impossible for Flash to push into 7. That left him on two mining bases (his main was empty) with one of those about to be mined out. He'd lost map control, his push had failed and JD had the entire Z tech tree and the gas to use it. Not giving JD the win would have been unfair. Flash's build failed and there was no fallback option for him. JD's income was several times his and Flash had no new bases coming. It was done. Flash had 3 bases and Jaedong had 4 gas. Flash had 2 mining bases, one of which was about to be mined out. JD had his main gas, his nat gas, his 2nd nat gas and the double gas at 7. That's 5.

Just the look on Flash's face due to the game stopping (like he was punched in the gut) is enough to taint JD's victory. BUT, Jaedong got a free win on his thumbed down map, a demoralized opponent who had won the previous game from a worse position than when the game was stopped, and the only two maps are the ones Flash is the worst at.
The sad thing is that JD could have won this in a legit fashion, and this would have been one of the most epic Bo5s in SC history. Now the only way that will happen is if Flash wins the next two.

Jaedong really had this game, FlaSh couldnt have reinforced his attack on Jaedong's 4th much longer. Flash had basically nothing mining anymore. So, I also agree with KeSpA's decision.
