The first version I downloaded today (the one with the wrong unit model problem I mentioned) seems to have reverted unit stats to BW numbers. For example, the Terran Marine had only 40 HP and SCV 60 HP? but now this new version has the GCentury stats? That is because the units.dat file was missing from mod after fixing the corsair mutalisk image problem. You were playing standard SC stats. -- tho sounds as tho some may actually prefer the more balanced stats << Also are the High Templars in Gundam Century unable to merge into Archons? As far as I could tell from the original, they do not. Buildings do not lift-off as well as you may have noticed. So imbalanced! Or I should say that Neo-Zeon is overpowered in general. Seems to be the consensus. Mod was built many many years ago, so the designer prob had little concept of balance back then. The bottom line tho is this mod (and most mods for that matter) will be mostly played in Single Player vs. the AI. And so balance means nothing in single player. Just enjoy it for what it is.By the way the game still crashes for me after 15 minutes or so. Others have alerted me of the game crashing vs. the AI as well. It is possible that some of the units the AI is making are not very stable, but I have no control over that. I would have to go through the mod and isolate computer units to rectify this and am just too busy with my own projects to investigate at this time. Doesn't mean I won't someday. I don't expect Player vs. Player to experience any such problems tho as the mod was played a lot back in the day. But who knows. I watched a few Ai vs. Ai replays as well as played a few games and not all suffered from a crash so its kinda a crap shot. Will put on my list of things to check out. | ||

I need the big ship back, it is much more beautiful. 2> It seems that there are many changes to the original mod that made it much les fun, because the original valkeries can shoot both air and ground, tanks can shoot air, and science vessel spells were much more desvastating... It seems someone did a lot of nerfing and made the game less fun... I remembered wining with an imba valkery + vessel fleet, now i cannot do it... sad... | ||

@ nerfing/changing mod: I haven't done anything to the mod other than convert it to 1.16.1 and added Racine's 3.0 T&P AI. | ||

Thanks, that was it. The prior version was using BW stats and such... that's why the mod seemed to be nerfed, sorry for that. | ||
