Because it sounds more like "okay" than "again". Simple as that. Perhaps we should get savior himself to clarify what he meant. For now i'm going to try to think he said "okay", because it's more awesome.
Even if he said "again", the statement is up to interpretation. Both opinions, whether he meant blizzcon or the proscene, are valid interpretations of his words. There was no precedent to the word 'again' in the sentence, therefore no one side will be right. This is pointless arguing, the only way to solve this is to just have someone ask him.

Were you even there at the event? The closest person to him at the time was LosingID8, I'm pretty sure if you ask him what he said, he would reply with 'he said okay'.
When I went to the PL match yesterday between CJ and OZ and meet Ma Jae Yoon yesterday, I personally asked him about that statement he did on Blizzcon of "I will destroy everyone in 2009". Apparently, it seems all the fan girls know his statement he did in English already and it seems he really try to mean it in 2009! So yea, I think it's confirmed and seen it as the real actual statement meant for all of us to wait and see it through! ^_^

I left my sig the same since the first time I heard it, commas and everything for pauses -.-. I'm sure he said "again" because...it sounded like he said again, it makes sense semantically, and he prob meant it as if he will destroy everyone again just like he did when he was owning everyone in his prime. So he will destroy them again...not "ok"

it doesn't sound like "again" at all, he says "okay" with a rising inflection, like "i will destroy everyone... okay? in 2009." if you watch his mouth it makes an "O" like okay. i don't know how you can hear it as "again", i just listened to it a few more times and it seems to me very clearly to be "okay?"
skip to 2:10, listen to it yourself, and try to hear "again" out of that, there's no G or N sound.
