If you can get to D+, you can get to C- pretty easily, but Getting to C and C+ is a very hard jump

I can make and stay at C- but never make it to C.

I think it fits in pretty well. U need som bad attitude to get that good in that age. Or yeah u always need it if u're gonna become nr1 (predicting him to be it if he keeps up.+ He's probably Mondragons and Tossgirls kid).
