Pretty much any kind of blind worker rush destroys 4-5 pool in close positions. They just don't have the minerals to make zerglings.
workers can fend it off with heavy losses, but you should still come out on top or at least equal to 4 drones. Same thing if zerg gets worker rushes, you should be able to fend it off/delay long enough til you have defenses.
