Hey, recently I can't use Chaoslauncher properly anymore. The mouse-stay-inside-sc option doesn't work anymore. I always had to put the window to the right side to make it work because the mouse would always espace through there. But now none of the sides block in the mouse. I mean sometimes one or two sides do. But never constantly.

Any way I can fix this? Already tried running in admin mode and compatible for win98.

If you can make your screen resolution 640 x 480, then you can play in windowed mode and have it be full screen. It's what I used to do when full screen Brood War gave me colour issues.

Unfortunatly the minimum I can do is 1024x768

I already tried executing CL in 640x480 but nothing happened.

Hello. I need help setting up wDetector as a plugin for version 1.16.1 . I've tried the earlier post you've done MoC but it doesn't work. I have win7 .

wDetector has some protections to prevent third-party launchers from loading it. You could use mca64Launcher for now

Has anyone managed to get wdetector running with ChaosLauncher yet? I'm running on Linux right now and can't get mca64Launcher to run at all, but ChaosLauncher works fine. I copied over the files (hopefully all of them, nobody really specified which files they were, I just copied what seemed related from an mca64Launcher copy) and used the .inj to add it to the launcher menu, but it gives me a "Remote LoadLibrary failed" exception when I try to run it.

Realize this is ancient History and sorry to bother you. I had the wonderful Chaos Launcher working great - enjoying old Starcraft in a Window on my Win 7 64 computer with a big screen. And then it stopped - error message "RT Error" "Applypatchsuspended . . " I've tried everything I know to fix (even looked at "injecting a DLL" for w-mode) but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks so much for your great little program!

Might also be worth checking out a ddraw.dll geared for old games compatibility: http://hifi.iki.fi/cnc-ddraw/. It resolved some issues I had with w-mode (graphics error for w-mode in battle.net client iirc)

It will allow you to configure some stuff in the ddraw.ini (created on first succesful run). For linux on wine the mouse hack broke w-mode. Your milage might vary.

Sorry to bother but anyone knows how to use the Firstperson Replay plugin would like to help me out ?

There's nothing special you have to do. Just watch a replay that was played with the FPRelay plugin enabled.
