As for you @Xenixx, I don't have the time to respond to that wall of text, and even if I do, it would take double the length of your post, and you will just double up my post again. I can't. We shouldn't.
But I did read your reply in full, and the condescending and unfriendly tone aside, I'd like you to provide a direct counter argument to what I presented you with, instead of presenting and following your own thoughts like that.
I am very interested in seeing you counter the PvP 2 Gate example (by the way, how can you read that part and think I dont play this game? because that doesn't sound like the type of knowledge one can get from watching BW only - that build becomes much weaker from B/A and non-existent at pro level).
It is no coincidence that Slayer91 also comes up with the BBS vs 12H example to demonstrate more or less the same thing I want to you: the build order loss prevents the losing player from "playing better". Hence we both said you look at the issue in the wrong way.

Flash proves whenever he wants to he can make finals or win the whole thing. Protoss need to up their skill because they don't have a super godly player like T/Z has. It's same with SC2 until Serral came along. You just need a godly player who can fully utilize the tools each race has. sooner or later a protoss player will come along that is blessed with squid game player 456's luck and wins enough guessing games to carry himself to victory It will happen but it will be a fluke. A protoss winning multiple ASLs in a row is virtually impossible in this balance constellation. You can't dominate the game as Protoss. Snow doesn't dominate the game? PvT 1807 - 860 67.8% PvZ 1890 - 1527 55.3% PvP 441-239 64.9% The problem is he goes on sick runs in escore tournaments where he takes out soma soulkey effort back to back. He just doesn't do it in ASL. He's had series vs soulkey and soma where he was winning, if he just played up to normal standards but choked. He just always chokes in ASL. I'd like to address this point (read this earlier today but when I was busy)
I think the choke label of some Protoss players does have something to do with selective memory. The popular thought is something along the line of "Snow is dominant online, he just chokes on ASL stage".
Let's look at Snow's record in the Escore tourneys: - S1: eliminated by Mini (W1), Absolute (W2), Queen (W4), Sacsri (W6), Hyuk (W7), Action (KoK). Won W3 and W8. Didn't play W5. - S2: eliminated by Soulkey (W1), sSak (W2), Scan (W3), Shine (W4), Scan (W5), ggaemo (W7), Soma (W8), Light (KoK). Didn't play W6. - S3: eliminated by sSak (W1), JD (W2), JD (W3), Larva (W4), Queen (W5), Bale (W6), Mong (W7), Soma (KoK) . Won W8.
Out of 25 events he participated, 12 times he was knocked out by players he's miles better than (some of them not even ASL caliber). I guess you can look at this say he just chokes both online and offline then. Interestingly, when you consider the list of players who have knocked him out in ASL compared to this, then he actually chokes less in ASL .
Either way, it seems to dismiss the notion that Snow always chokes in ASL. I bet we can do the same math for Best and Bisu and get to the same conclusion. So it may turn out that Protoss players are just chokers both online and offline, and they may actually choke more online.
What are the odds for that to happen and what can be the reasons? I can think of one.
