He is trying to make masterpieces of StarCraft from nice strategyies, build orders. They are useful for newbies, and so entertaining for all.
The worst streamer is fOrgg.박지수, I think (~ 5 viewers count in me)
He is trying to climb on ladder but he can't. Yesterday, I saw this guy losing 6 games in a row by a Protoss player (every game just in 5 minutes). He is only progamer who keens on S rank.

that was Motive he was losing to. ForGG his issue is he has poor viewer interaction skills and that is why he is small.
I find Last rather boring because he stomps on people very far below his level. I dont find that interesting to watch.
Bro really picked Last as his favorite streamer cuz he beat low skill people with scouts and nukes. Not blames. There is an audience for that everywhere every game.
But now we know two things about you. Terrible map taste. And do you enjoy watching noobs like you getting smashed by people like Last or Larva. ^^
Forgg gotta start a youtube if he want more audience for real. On top of that isnt afreeca switching to soop soon or something ?

nothing wrong with him liking last's content. Infiniteshin gets 10k+ viewers doing the exact same thing but on fastest maps. it is wildly popular. But I do wish people like Light were drawing in similar numbers with their streams.

On god thats why i said : Not blames. There is an audience for that everywhere every game.
People like Call of duty pros killing 50 noobs in a row etc. in SC2 there are 2 or 3 guys doing the same. and is wild popular too.
Personally i dont like that kind of content and i dont support it. Where is the fun in puttin 10000 hours of gaming to beat low skill players. I support the competitve aspect and the grind to become a better player. That is what i enjoy.

100% agree with you. Its like watching an adult trained in martial arts beat up some 10 year olds who just had their first month of lessons.

Look like afreeca will be around in Korea and sooplive will be for international viewers. Since SOOP gone live afreeca remove English from the site. This is my guess I dont read korean.
ForGG mainly stream SC2 in Twitch since is gone from Korea and afreeca not popular SC2 streamer guess he force to switch to BW.
I'd appreciate Last's content more if he goes to the ladder and does the same things to S rank players. Snow does that sometimes , but not every time, obviously, as players up there are actually good). Instead he'd go to public games and censor the IDs of his opponents so who knows what kind of A/B/C rank players he's beating.
But what baffles me more is he's been doing that same content every day for years with 5-10k people watching. Like, even Artosis has to be creative with his TTS.

TY and MC also returned back to BW. They're both pretty much doing only BW now.
thank RJBTVYOUTUBE, at least He didn't lose to an amatuer. But he has less build order to play, it's so boring.
In KeSPA era, Last is the best TvT player
I think, if Blizzard removes Protoss and Zerg, StarCraft will be interesting enough to competitive LOL, Dota 2, Valorant, ELDEN RING, Fall Guys... great games recently.
TvT is the best matchup in the StarCraft. I play TvT very well, so it needs IQ, creative, patient, brave... things that I have so much.
Before retired, Last won ASL and KSL, but FlaSh's not!

No need. Found this gem in the small VOD thread. Already timecoded to the good part:
My fault was: researched my opponent so deep. I knew he never used Wraith, so I didn't defend to air units, but the game he scouted me and bought some Wraiths to harass me.
If I didn't know anything about my opponent. I could win easily by my skill.
I wonder why Last and Larva both not coming back? Must be because their vids on Youtube get 100K-200K everyday so it's a good amount of money - seems like they're chilling and not caring about being competetive so much. Sad...

larva actually joined JSU team.
and yeah they upload two videos per day that each get 100k-250k views They make good money off of quite low effort content
Almost every streamer is view botting. Artosis has 1,000+, Dewalt and Jaeyun have 100+, Gypsy 50-100, Julia, Terror, Blander, Jinjin, ipav 25-50, and plenty of others. BSL is botted heavily too.
Britney and Sea are the main ones botting on Afreeca. Last and Larva aren't getting 100,000+ real views on each YouTube video.

Best streamer is LancerX.
Are you inferring that the 1000 or under viewership streams are viewbotted?
Also as for the afreeca/YT ones you mentioned in the second part, how is 100k unreasonable? If ASL S15 videos with tastosis casting are at 100k, but there are several sources for that video (meaning far greater interest especially on the korean VODs maybe) why would it be impossible for those people to have 100k views? Though I don't know their content I wouldn't say that 100k screams botting, whereas if you said a million I'd agree easily.

Stating, not inferring.
Last averages 200 viewers on Afreeca. He is not a popular streamer, but his videos get over 100,000 views in less than a day.

Adding oli_patrick 100+, Stevejung and doejuly 50-100, Leerak and 80smullet 25-50.
Does it matter? Not really, but people who don't viewbot can't compete with the ones who jump to the top of the list every day. Give those 1-5 viewer streams a chance.
Why anyone is trying to make a living off streaming StarCraft to 25 viewbots and 25 real viewers in 2024 remains a mystery.
I usually spend the majority of time browsing opening/closing due to people just playing customs or team games. hero is one of the few that actually seems to play but then again just might be when I tune in.
I like watching the best possible player but is very difficult to find for BW.
Spoiled by Happy in Warcraft 3 where he just grinds nonstop. He'll play the most brutal 25-30 minute game then queue up again right after the second he's able to.

DoeJuly gets a lot more views on his youtube stream. Fastest streamers get almost all their stream views from youtube.

Stevejung is pretty known in Artosis circle ( Artosis raided him a lot when he was still in Korea. And nowadays tasteless raid him too) and i believe he is the guy doing subs for the ASL Patreon. So him being in the 70 viewers range is not really fishing. + if you watch his stream for a bit he has an engaging stream and people enjoy his content.
Doejuly idk who that is.
80smullet i imagine he getting to 50 viewers by getting raid by other streams.
Gypsy pretty popular around NA people.
Jaeyun pretty popular around NA people. Popularity huge boosted by the release of SC remastered and the Lans they did with Artosis Tasteless day9 incontrol etc.
Dewalt most active player in the scene for years.Even if he speak only russian people like his skills ?
Bonyth same boat than dewalt but he speak english so all the protoss fans can fully enjoy his stream.
Lancer quit streaming for a long time. He used to be in the 40-50 range viewers but his inactiveness over the years didnt help and now Dewalt is way more popular than him. At the end of the day the starcraft twitch page is very small.People watch who they wanna watch or they watch the only streamer that is on at the time.
Im not sure how using 25 bots is going to help you to get more viewers.
If bots were used in the starcraft community i image that mf of terror would have been using them by now LMAO but he is not even as popular as gypsy even if he acomplished more in the starcraft scene. I image personality is what matter the most and not even the time put in.
Personally i think the best streamer is my boe Sugo. Good looking. Good personality. Always answer the chat while playing.Always positive. Never get tilted or frustated with viewers. Sugo is the goat of streaming but he rarely does. Follow him for the next stream. https://www.twitch.tv/sugobw

Huge streamers like Britney and Sea dominate Korean Afreeca scene and viewer discussions on dedicated forums like dcinside/fmkorea. They certainly are not botting lol.
Last has like 600k+ subs and gets 100k+ views on his videos. He has mass appeal.
Why am I even there lol, I'm just putting on stream for feedback from TT1 when he looks at vod. Idc about views

But why you don't show my game 1: -snip-
I don't know how grades work in VN, but in the USA and many other countries, they go like:
A <- Great B <- Good C <- Passable/average D <- Bad. You are here. F <- Very bad/failure.
Just in case you were not aware because based on many of your posts on this forum it seems you might be misunderstanding where your skill is relative to the player base, for example when you say ridiculously conceited things like "I play TvT very well, so it needs IQ, creative, patient, brave... things that I have so much."
It's very easy to buy views and followers/subscribers on Facebook and YouTube compared to Twitch. They are much cheaper and less regulated by those sites. You can buy tens of millions for a few hundred dollars.
I know that many of these players stream on YouTube, and you can check when people have been raided or not. Those are popular players, but that doesn't mean they aren't botting also.
I watch Twitch, YouTube, and Afreeca at various hours including the morning and middle of the night. I'm very aware of who every streamer I listed is. I've watched them for hours and checked their streaming statistics.
Jinjin, those inflated YouTube view numbers show the opposite of what you think, and you can see the most popular streamers start their streams with hundreds of viewers before they begin streaming. (Not coming from another streaming website.)
Eon, I didn't say that LancerX view botted. I said he's the best streamer imo, and I never mentioned Bonyth, but he's the real GOAT. Sugo is really good, but he's rarely online like you said.
Plenty of the streamers who I believe bot are great too. Anyway, I'm not here to convince anyone. Just putting it out there so people can decide for themselves and maybe give other streamers a chance too. I saw one of the CPL casters doing a great job with only 3 viewers for example.

idk, from looking around on forums, Last is really widespread casually viewership wise. He's much bigger than you give him credit for, not to mention chat activity and donations are up there too.
last dominates youtube landscape and he's only real BW streamer u can say that public watches on subway. He's pretty damn widespread and got stranglehold on the trollgame/casual viewership.
There's reason why as soon as he left for army, there was huge scramble to overtake that trollgame/casual viewership pie with half of BW pros trying to set up youtube channel for it, and Larva won that out and now he has 300k+ youtube subs on his trollgame channel
to add some perspective to the most popular youtube starcrafters Last has 100 videos over a million views. Shin has 39 videos over a million views. Larva has 30 videos over a million views. Flash has 18 videos over a million views. Last is legitimately a big content creator.
Also, Last gets the majority of his livestream views on youtube, not on afreeca. So your data is flawed to begin with. To get this many views on a livestream you have to be at 7000-10000 concurrent viewers for almost the entire stream.
I can confirm as a streamer I viewbot. The bots on my stream like @jinjin5000 or @TT1 can almost be passed off as real to most people but those with a sharp eye can tell what's going on. @Ryan6Glass is a great bot that claims to eat mangoes all the time while watching, good for variety.
Happy to give a referral to pass them over to any others looking to strike gold in foreign BW.
Careful, JY. Given the reading comprehension here some people might think you're serious. Of course you have plenty of real viewers, but that doesn't necessarily exclude bots. Not to single anyone out, but IDK if TT1 is real for example. Very bot-like behavior from that guy.
This viewbot accusation sounds like really weird to me. The only proof he showed is he "checked their streaming stats" (but how exactly to prove that? more details pls).
Last has a fixed time (7pm) when he starts his stream, and a few minutes of a waiting screen before he actually appears. We can easily see about 50-100 viewers already tuning in. Is it that hard to imagine a guy who attracts 5-10k concurrent viewers every day has 100 of his fans tuning in at a time he tells them that he will start the stream?
Same for the other big streamers.
But what's more hilarious is accusing the 50-100 viewer streamers of viewbotting. Like it's not even worth the effort for them to do so.
