There is literally no reason to lie about an insignificant caster like Rapid who casts tournaments to 100 people. Even if there was, it’s ridiculously stupid to think tons of women saying the same thing are all lying for your stupid conspiracy idea.

I agree that false allegations are serious and people who make them about serious matters like sexual abuse or grooming or whatever it maybe be should be punished. But Rapid never even made an attempt to make a response denying allegations or post chat logs or some sort of proof of his innocence. He ran away, why? These women never had to post 100% proof because Rapid went silent, he was probably smart enough to realize if he denied it they’d come at him with enough proof to bury him even more, embarrass him more than he already was and make him an obvious liar. I don’t know why you keep repeating this whole “women make false claims in these situations often” type of argument when Rapid never even tried to deny the allegations or defend himself.

Well that's terrible man, give us some more details, unless you are expecting us to just once again take your word for it.
I not once stated that anyone lies either. In such cases your perception of words and actions can grow different over time. You only now may see an issue with something that happened years ago, which is fine. Or you may be driven into such conclusion by group conformity, whether to stand up for your peers, or to feel heard, or you want publicity. Once again, no one is protecting Rapid. I am just asking for a single piece of tangible evidence in the era of Internet, which I haven't seen yet.

And to be clear, I’ve hung out with Reid in person many times. I have had him cast with me. But when I heard these many stories from people I trust it instantly clicked and made sense why he has a weird off aura about him.

The fact that Reid/Rapid has been both absent and radio silent for years and then has made a sudden unannounced return to casting SC without addressing a single one of the allegations has raised a number of eyebrows at the very least.
If I were in his shoes, and if I had a valid reason to remain silent for years and leave the SC community, and if I wanted to return back to casting SC, then I'd make absolutely damn sure that any potential "witch hunt" would be completely suffocated so that I couldn't be immediately driven out of the community (in quite a humiliating fashion). I'd make myself heard and address every single one of the serious allegations, that's the most logical thing to do. I wouldn't silently sneak back into casting (a behavior, by the way, that is consistent with the allegations of sexual/romantic manipulation, handling the SC community at large in a similarly manipulative and ignorant way). In Reid's shoes, I would also certainly not remain silent after the allegations were brought back up (as they are now).
So with a reputation to defend, Reid's actions don't add up if he's innocent. Not saying that he is guilty, just saying that his actions make it very hard to believe that he isn't.
After reading all of the publicly available allegations I don't think I have enough evidence to strictly call him guilty (as per the standard of a court, including a civil court), but I think there's enough for him to remain banned until he comes out with his side of the story. In fact at this point maintaining the ban is doing him a favor, I'd argue. Reid is practically destroying his own reputation by staying silent about the allegations while at the same time attempting to return to casting.

Just spare yourself the effort and don't bother delving on the topic. Now, it just so happened that I'm seeing a Californian girl and she's a wonderful person. My point is that she developed this inexplicable liking towards me and she wants to improve my deprived character. So she's constantly accusing me of misogyny when I speak or act. I commend the TL collective for raising and emphasizing the issue, and I genuinely believe that a solution is at hand. I apologize for not being able to interject and offer comments during the intense discussion stage earlier, as I had other pressing matters to attend to. This LAN occurred amidst a busy festive schedule and followed several business trips.
Having thoroughly reviewed the topic, I must admit that a significant portion of its elements are beyond my comprehension. This could be attributed to the complexity of the subject, mutex statements, differences in culture and mindset, or my lack of experience living in an English-speaking country. Consequently, I may lack knowledge of modern trends and terminology used here that are not related to my academic studies or business field.
I would ask the team, which has already invested a considerable amount of time in research and statements earlier, to put forth a smal additional effort and consider scheduling a meeting with anyone proper and fit who can contribute to developing a robust solution with me. Why? Why do you care so much? He can’t cast and he uses any platform you give him to harass women. It’s not a cultural issue, it’s just common sense. If he was a shepherd who couldn’t keep track of his sheep and kept showing people his dick you’d not keep trying to give him more. If he was a construction worker who did shoddy work while jerking off at people you’d not keep hiring him for jobs.
I refuse to believe that in Russian culture you give people jobs that they’re bad at as long as they also harass women at work.

Indeed! I inferred that this matter have already been discussed sufficiently in 2020 during the RCG period, but it's possible that the concept was miscommunicated. Regarding the Thai Lan incident, it's possible that allowing access to a microphone may have been a negligence.
The main objective here is to proactively address any future issues stemming from these fundamental differences. However, I believe that the most productive approach would be to have a face-to-face discussion rather than engaging in keyboard fightings.

As a native Russian speaker who is fluent in English and has significant exposure to both cultures, I am more than willing to present the most pertinent arguments presented to Rus_Brain in a way that is both linguistically and culturally cognizant, with a recording of said conversation, if there is ample interest in that happening.
Based on the responses so far, that doesn't seem to be the case, but if others think it may be helpful, feel free to indicate so here. A brief list of summarized points about the issue - presented as if explaining the issue to a child, "ELI5" style - would be helpful, as I don't want to put my own words into the situation. My aim would be to try to be an unbiased interpreter/translator, despite my own already-vocalized thoughts on the matter.
