Anyone else has this? Or just me cuz my games are so bad? ^_._^ Ofc clicking repair does not fix it. The game launches (in the old non remastered version and then crushes to the image above).
I reinstalled the game and it's still the same poop.

I believe what solved it was "resetting the WMI-repository", as per these instructions: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000257703. Before that, I had already deleted everything Blizzard including of course the Starcraft folder and the Battle.net agent, and also the various Blizzard folders in AppData, ProgramData etc. And restarted several times for good measure. In short, I would try to: a) Uninstall / delete everything b) Restart (probably uneccesary but why not) c) Follow these instructions including the reboot at the end: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000257703 d) Reinstall Or you could just do step a) and move on with your life. | ||

Brood War IS life... What worked was reinstalling for the 3rd time and I picked Asia region. Suggested by Nice Pants. (I actually did delete the folders and followed the instructions that blizz staff outline on the forums but that didn't work) I also use CCleaner for the registry and other files so I don't restart. I hope I have to do this with EVERY patch. BUT I also hope it changes every time. So I have to find the solution. It's a fun little mini game! I'm so glad we got different colours to pick in game. THAT was a very important update. ^_._^ | ||

They don't want to upset the Koreans but don't care at all about the rest of the world, apparently | ||
