What's the build order for Effort's zvt noob build? Is it:
12 hatch, 12 pool
15 hatch
16 extractor
lair, evo chamber, 2nd extractor
carapace as soon as evo chamber is done
? den when lair is still building?
? spire when lair is done, just to trick the Terran
lair done- build three expos and research lurkers (how does he afford that?)
spire done- morph 9 hydras
? early queen's nest, hive, fast ultras

something like that?

No yours seems too "normal". I guess I was combining a few in my head, so maybe it's not one specific build order but a multiple things he does to mess with noobs. In 3-1 he built just 1 muta, then after scouting the terran base he took 3 expos, skipped lurkers completely, and defended with just upgraded zerglings. In another video he built the spire in a place where it would get scouted while also building a hydra den, and morphed 9 hydras as soon as it finished to fake out the Terran.

They seem like strategies designed to minimize the necessary micro and get fast ultras.

quite not sure what people are talking about effort zvt noob builds, but here's a recommend video from my lecture of ZvT. This was the trend before FlaSh came back to BW in 2015.
It is still relevant b.o(textbook lecture) because if you are constantly doing @2:40 gas, terran can play a different style to torture you down.

ZvT Optimized 3 Hatchery Opening (2015)
Build Order Description

at 16, make ONLY 6 zerglings

Once you started making mutalisks, keep up having a lot of zerglings(Max 24 zerglings).
3 Hydralisks at your 3rd base and 3 Sunken Colonies for your natural.

I saw some of these translated videos. People always talk about that Korean language users know so much more. While they are very cool and surely helpful, I do get a bit of a feeling that the players only win because they outplay mechanically and that their advice translates poorly to lower levels. Especially in one series by Flash or Sea? He kept getting cheesed in different ways while claiming his build was save to the cheese he was facing. And then even with his micro, he lost. And the game he won, he also got outplayed BO/strategy wise, but just made up for it with multitasking.
