There are certain programs that can lift the protection. However, posting these publicly in forums may bring lazy people to abuse it. I've seen FFA's hosted with modified maps too often. Now that i think of it, everyone used to have the GUIEdit protection like 15 years ago (I was a map editor myself and i wanted to see how triggers were used). That one was easily crackable but i was wondering why some of the maps could not be cracked after a period of time. That explains a lot. Which also means theres been multiple iterations of crack - release new protection - crack cycle in the map making industry. | ||

Anyone still Has a copy of OSMAP they Want to give away? Apparently our source of brood war downloads which is sc nibbits have become flagged by norton firewall as 'malicious content'. ![[image loading]](https://i.imgur.com/hXYDYAu.png) Also i cant download stuff there anymore for some reason. BTW, Reason number 8, nobody in battle net channel talks at all. So where can you go for help? If there a Discord Channel for Starcraft Use Map Settings? I'd love to find a chat somewhere where players can get live people to answer map questions. SEN (StarEdit.Net) is the kind of site you are looking for. | ||
