Really curious. Do you watch any of these games or just go purely by the numbers?
There are tiers to the spon matches. The S tier include players (those who always get the hardest matchups) are Flash, Last, Bisu, Effort and Hero.
Ssak rarely joins these matches and he usually plays the 2nd tier spon matches against people like rush, mini, movie etc. He might have a good winrate against these players but I'm almost certain that he'd have a lower winrate than free against the best.
And your statement about 아재리그 is horseshit. I don't know about organ since he plays occasional spon matches against the better players but FBH has never played spon matches outside of 아재리그 and he has said so himself. And I'm 100% sure he has a better winrate than Ssak.
I've attached some horang2 vods against flash so maybe you can watch for yourself and see how well he seems to play.
I watch these games. One good bo3 against Flash doesn't prove anything. It's what you do consistently matters. Most of the games he loses are just pure OME. You should hear some of the things others say about him when observing his games. Horang2 is just terrible. Both the eye test and record proves he's one of the worst protoss right now.
Go youtube some of his matches vs last. Gee, bisu says shit about Ssak all the time. Hell, his stream title was "If I lose to Ssak, I'll quit sc" during a spon match.
Both sSak and bisu talk shit to each other all the time. They are close. If Horang's PvT is so "overall good" and sSak's TvP is so bad why is Horang2 3-8 against sSak this month alone? and 1-7 last month?

dont misunderstand me i am a loving horang2 fan and have a clear vision of his abilities at the end of modern-kespa era (super promising upcoming player the next big thing in e-sports?)
the contrast of that era and now asl days is of huge proportions i have watched horang2 being slapped around by literally ANY afreeca ex-pro terran sure this is a normal thing if you comeback to the game yet ive watched this over a long period of time and see almost no changes in his gameplan nor abilities and outcome of games (wins)..
did not yet to see his games this month, ill watch the games you posted and check-out his streams again but i stopped watching because before that it was pretty obvious horang2 stopped trying to improve his gameplay and is okay with being at D/C ranks or is incapable to up is level of play, which is not an acquisition its what he might choice or just a simple observation
edit: ive watched some of his PvZs but not enough to make a fair judgement i guess the ones i watched he was belittled by his opponents toying with him like outmassed/macrowed with ease in the midgame (jaedong was toying with him but okey thats jaedongs monsterous zvp)

Strange game by BeSt, he had a huge economic advantage early on and he didn't know what to do with it, so many missed opportunities. A player like Movie wouldn't allow that.
watching flash play tvp on BS makes the map look imbalanced it demands a play style like from protoss like Best not allowing for flash to ever siegeup that choke point behind the natural wall / take that highground spot early/mid game
Flash wins, on CB bisu gets an advantage but Flash holding on and taking out 3 nexus with a counter bisu is unable to recover or simply was not able to deliver a killing blow this game
Flash wins! Outsider game goes up pretty evenly however Flash getting the more out of his drop shipharassment than bisu Flash takes it feels huge relief after winning this bo3
Man, it must be hell playing Outsider. Every ingrained, pre-learnt APM alotment-scheme goes out the window it seems - there's just so much unexpected crazyness on that map.
