The impression I get just from reading this thread is that Fish is too alien an environment for a non-Korean, ICCup isn't/can't be maintained to resolve certain issues and the proposed new server may not get off the ground/may not get the mass foreign migration that it would need to be worthwhile. Obviously all these points interest me, especially as I'd be a woeful player and would kind of need/want to talk and practice with other players. | ||

Fish is where you go to play against better players. It's not a phenomenal server but it's the same game, so you just learn to deal with it. | ||
