So it doesn't save if you press F12 or whatever to activate your hack. However Shockey is right, even if only right at the start: Theoretically you should be able to see if a guy clicks under fog of war but it's not quite as easy. All valid clicks (e.g. him on your command center) save the coordinates, so if he clicks right off on your CC then you got him, BUT if he waits some time you can't tell exactly where his units are, so you can't say how far fog of war extends. (If all his units were never sent far from the starting loc, then you can guess he has vis). If he sends a unit to scout to the enemy base there's no way for you to tell if they can actually get there. They might be blocked by terrain, but this is not in the rep, it's in SC. Also, if he scrolls to near your base (under fog of war but visible for him) but doesn't click on any of your buildings, the rep won't save it. So the best you can do is some guessing and unless he's stupid (and cheats right off when he doesn't really have to) you won't catch him.

Maybe the program could list all the buildings that player A creates and at what locations; and all the buildings that player B selects and the locations, and record the times of each. Then sort that list to determine which of player A's buildings player B clicked and the times. Then you can watch the rep and see what player B saw at those times. Or, you can do it manually
