This is not a fast thing, it is a ongoing progression and it will take a little time to get more and more clans to accept this, I have called upon the help of all the koreans I know on Fish which is a lot, to help spread the word and make this a more mainstream thing.
To get more clans to accept they must be influenced by other clans, which is happening now because Ever) is backing this up, and with that a lot more will follow, unfortunately I am not going to list any clans untill I have spoken to the clan master about it and I know there is a possibility, due to the fact that it is a fragile thing and must be handled with care, if someone went and said something in the midst of discussions then it could be ruined for everyone, progress is a slow process, but it is happening faster than expected.
EDIT : Just as I write this, another clan accepts FTKCP.

UPDATE 3 : Another clan joins in the FTKCP, A new clan was just launched today by the EX Member of Ever) , Ever)T(SanDara, his new clan is called S2_ , Op S2- on Fish. There is now 4 clans with more coming~

It is not very hard to get into korean clans, although it is literally impossible for any other foreigner to join Ever) untill it happened with this program, and also S2 and Mc. had no foreigners untill now... so yea..

However at the same time, as much as I do not want to say it, the BW community has almost died sadly 
If I could actually find the time to dedicate myself to actually playing BW again I most certainly would and I'd jump on Fish off the bat since from what it seems that ICCup doesnt have that large of a KR community anymore.

not test games vs me, I have to orchestrate the joining process and introduce the players to the clan masters, I have literally nothing to do with the joining process except introductions.

Basically... but the requirement goes up as more foreigners join the clans, because some people who are joining are way below the average skill level of the clan, so they have to increase the requirement, so the sooner the better...
