I told a couple of friends about uTorrent and Protocol Encryption and they transferred about 16 gigs a peice in 8 hours. The next day, they had no internet. They had to go confess to Net Ops about it, and got lucky that there was a laid back guy on duty at the time, or else they would've been out of internet for a week. Not even allowed to check school e-mail. The bright side is we're not transferring any copyrighted (except in Korea) material here, so we can skip that whole discussion. That being said... thanks all for doing this; I already noticed a lot faster transfers today than yesterday. I am a few torrents behind, currently, and because I like to upload 3:1, I'll take a few days to catch up to highly active torrents. But if every college student unleashes his/her- no... let's not kid ourselves... his- bandwidth, the new torrents should be flying for everyone. And totally, Mana. I wouldnt've survived last year without them! TL will become the home of the previously shunned BT-blocked VOD lovers! | ||

The night Gorup C was being uploaded, my internet goes down. I thought it was temporary (it does that sometimes) so I decided to sleep and check it in the morning. Unfortunately, it didn't go back on. After a day, we decided to call our cable service and we found that they cut us off because of some billing issues. Then they demanded $50 extra to re-connect. We decided fuck it and switch to DSL (we wanted to do this for awhile). To make a long story short, I won't have highspeed again until about 2 weeks. We decided to survive off of dial-up for now (yes, it's horrible) so right now I'm on with dial-up and I don't want to go through the horrid idea of uploading torrents or dling vods with dial-up speed. So, I won't be doing any uploading for a couple of weeks, and someone else will have to re-upload Group C. Thx for all the work now guys and HONESTTEA!!! ROFL WTF YO! | ||
