Edit: You're right about Fifa, people wouldn't watch that but there is nothing in the real world like Starcraft, otherwise we Koreans would rule the world ^_^

Also, something to think about, should it be a summer olympics game or winter olympics ![]() Starcraft is art. It never gets old.

Things that are judged like figure skating and gymnastics i dont consider sports however.

I think Olympic events should be physical and athletic too, but SC in the olympics would be very interesting to watch ![]()

BASEBALL IS THE BEST SPORT?!?!?! ![]() Please give me some reasoning, hahahaha omg, I can't believe you just said that. Edit: Also golf is not the hardest sport, by that I presume you mean skill, anyone can prove that with straight out facts. Edit #2: You are probably a very mechanical personality, ice skating and gymnastics [ although I don't agree on the judging system ] are examples of human art that are very strenuous as opposed to other human art like dancing, therefore they are 'sports'

.. don't trip.... starcraft will never be an olympics sport, even the thought of it is nothing sort of preposterous -.- unless there's an e-olympics or something.. Poker will become an olympic sport before starcraft, which is never... I do like the idea of E-Olympics though..

starcraft is much more of a sport (yes i mean SPORT in any context you put it) than half of the disciplines we have now. only few of them require physical fitness and only a by far not all of them include performances that are actually amazing to watch for outsiders. horse riding, sailing or floor exercises for example ... wtf? or some of the shooting disciplines are very similar to playing a computer game. the "athletes" barely move and if you're not into it you have no idea what the point of that sport is. some of them hit and some of them don't. why? no clue... delivering "cognitive, affective and microphysical" performance. that's how steffen p. walz from the austrian e-sports university called it.

And yes, I can imagine someone, rather playing a video game, than playing the real thing. That would be me ![]() ![]() And about SC being olimpic, I think it would be great but it will probably never happen ![]()
