I was watching it live too, he was playing on Brain at D rank due to the server reset on the 1st. The guy he was playing had a 9-5 record, which 1a2a3a thought was pretty bad and proceeded to bm pretty hard throughout the hold game as you saw lol.
This guy is totally awesome. First time I watched his stream (npnl.fedor (thanks dude for streaming <3 ) restreamed) I thought WTF?! when he started screaming around when somebody donated him 2$ or so. But after a while and watching his skill he convinced me. He is an awesome guy who knows how to do a show thats for sure ^^ Maybe he exaggerates sometimes but it works.

There's very few of them, he wasn't a meaningful progamer. Most of his games weren't televised (prelims and such). His games in gom season 1 you can find over at gom, his 2010 wcg games vs calm you can watch here (set 1, set 2). Other than that theres only 1 proleague game and 3 survivor games.

Yeah i had that same problem with OGN vods.. korea-europe bandwidth is throttled sometimes so cant download full speed and it doesnt seem to be buffering so cant cache it.

He is doing it because it gets him paid. The over-the-top behavior and screaming is largely what his afreeca viewers tune in to see and continue to donate for (along with good starcraft of course). The larger the donations, the more over the top his reactions are, so people continue to do so (and one-up each other). He behaves much more normal on TV appearances (like on ShinAe's show).

It's also probably because he's the #1 watched stream on Afreeca and gets donated money frequently just for his little shows. Yes on top of being quite a good player there are lots of games where he doesn't speak for an entire game because he's concentrating then he decides to put on a show. I'm not sure if you're calling him a hack or not but you should at least do a little research first lol.

This particular guy was known in TL since a long while ago because of a bunch of replays of him playing came out while he was an amateur. I picked up on him back then too. When I heard that he started livestreaming I went to watch him because I remembered how good he was. The fact that he acts like a lunatic on stream was an unexpected and fun bonus. I'm sure there's a lot of people that watch him just for his crazy antics, but his actual gameplay is worth watching. Even moreso now, as most of the good BW streamers that were on TL don't stream BW anymore.
That is..so amazing. I actually remember being as psychotic as him when I was like age 6-12. I actually wish I still was..pretty fun to just go apeshit and not give a fuck.
