I searched "blood" and found a bunch of versions of Blood Bath on repdepot.net. Which version would you guys recommend?
Twilight version?
"Balanced version?
Does it even matter version?(totally made that up just now, for obvious reasons)
edit: plz don't say "I hate blood bath because it emphasized 4/5pool. This is not the thread to say that.

I say original, because of all the nostalgia and having never played the newer versions. I remember I used to lan with a friend, and we would scv rush like everygame. Most games the enemies didn't even leave instantly, and me and my friend would eventually lose 2v1 to the opponent who teched instead of helping his ally. Fun times

I always thought blood bath was a terrible map because it emphasized 5/4 pool.

The original version sucks. 8 randomly (far) mineral patches, some starting positions have a huge mining advantage other others.

Imo find one that ahs well-placed mineral patches

Blood Bath still remains my favorite map... I wouldn't be where I am (skillwise) if I hadn't massgamed on bloodbath with my friend years back xD

yes there is more than one. Its shown on TLPD and repdepot.net. I just chose repdepot because I'm not as familiar with TLPD.

SO many versions, i've even made my own but the only thing i did was fix the mineral placement in the main.

Heres a map i made to replace bloodbath if you like 64x64 maps

I've played it a couple times on battle.net and you'll be surprised at how many times i've lost to BCs

there are a lot of geysers...looks like terran map tho..
