I'm sure alot of you guys know about the FnaticMSI rookie draft that's going on at this moment.
Today it seems like FnaticMSI has announced its coach and leader for their up and coming SC/SC2 squad.
Personally, I'm glad Xeris gets this kind of recognition since he has done a lot for the SC community, imho.
So join me in congratulating Xeris and FnaticMSI ! Hoping for good results from them.

See, hard work does pay off.
Well earned Xeris.

If I recall correctly, it was Xeris who made me drop my loser attitude and stop making excuses about my play, so he mightj ust make a good coach, gl!

hrmmm I wonder if this is why Light broke up T.T anyways Grats man :D
|
He did a lot with LighT with a very few resources to start.
It will definitely be interesting to see what he can build with this kind of foundation. GL Duran, hope we can play against each-other again soon :D

Jumping from team to team, huh?... man! Just kidding! Congratulations! :o)
|
Congratulations, Xeris! Nice to see you finding yourself a team already. Just make sure not to force your new teammates to play on a silly map like Neo Hall of Valhalla and you should be fine.
|
Congrats on getting picked up by a new team so quickly.

xeris is an awesome admin and a great guy, hope this goes well!
My only fear is he has had 2 teams fail due to bad sponsorship.. and he is now joining a team that just completely dumped it's entire SCBW squad Bad precedent imo hehe

stryker add me on msn, you might suck at zvp and zvz but you're still a good guy (i pmed you my msn)
oh and is that how you secretly kick us out of the team duran? you bastard! just kidding glhf i hope to destroy your team even though I don't have one anymore

Man now I'm officially clanless.... (I always considered myself vet-status for LighT lol) I just read the ending of LighT news, makes me so sad...

I don't get it. You abandoned your team LighT instead of taking them to fnatic? What was the point in disbanding your team? This seems entirely selfish. I mean if Fnatic wouldn't take your team you instead chose to leave your team in hopes of creating a new one? What kind of loyalty is that?
Please tell me if I am missing something here. Since it would seem I am because your former teammates doesn't seem to be upset at all.

gl in FnaticMSI Xeris!
i almost knew this coming since LighT is dead ;|
|
Nice, grats. I hope we can see some good competitive SC2 clans.

The team died before me and fnatic happened. The reason I ended the team (as I said many times before) is that we didn't have enough active players to continue playing at our level. I chose (you can agree or disagree if you wish) to end the team rather than take a step back in skill level. Why? Because I helped build the team from Division 3 level skill to being a top 5-10 foreign team, the whole process took 5 years. I don't particularly want to go back on 5 years of work just for the stubborn sake of keeping the name alive. It would have been stressful and frustrating for me and I'm sure everyone else to not be able to play at the level we had been playing at.
We only had 2 players in our 'starting' lineup even active (Kawaii and TT1) - Aerials was pretty inactive, and Gretorp (as you can see from his latest blog) was just days away from totally quitting. That left us with a few 2v2 players, Future, Kawaii, and TT1 (Stryker, Freaky, Sadist, and Shad only came to clanwars every so often). Not being able to field a full 4 lineup every weekend is just something not acceptable for me - so I decided to end the team.
After that point I started looking for a new one, and it just so happens that fnatic worked out rather quickly.

Valid point, although fnatic dropping their Chinese squad was due to salary reasons / demands. This time around things are pretty straight forward and I have a good communication with the management so I'm not expecting any problems :D!

Wow pretty sweet

It must be hard to field a good active line up nowadays. GL with fnatic

i might be nit-picking here, or maybe just protective over someone whos done so much for our community, but this statement instantly upset me..
Xeris is an excellent leader, and could easily lead a squad for any team, and it seems like this means that he's lucky after his hard work to get into leading this fnatic team. really its fnatic who's lucky to pick up someone as competent and hard working as xeris.
