- How do you feel about winning against KT
▲ I got my 2nd win in proleague, and I helped my team win. I'm really happy that we were able to defeat KT, and I think we can continue this pace from now.
- Did your loss in the MST yesterday affect your match?
▲ I'm disappointes that I lost, but since there's no use in regretting the past, I concentrated on today's match
- You used "Valionic", did you expect your opponent to use Mutalisks?
▲ No, but luckily, it countered his build completely.

▲ I have a good condition and pace besides in the individual leagues.

▲ 프로리그 2승을 기록했고, 팀의 승리에 도움이 돼서 기쁘다. 그리고 연승중인 KT를 꺾어서 더 기쁘고 앞으로 분위기를 탈 수 있을 것 같다
- 어제 서바이버 탈락이 경기에 영향은 없었는지
▲ 개인리그도 올라가고 싶었는데 떨어져서 아쉽긴 하다. 하지만 떨어진 것을 생각해봐야 좋을 일이 없기 때문에 금방 잊고 오늘 경기에 집중했다.
- 발리오닉을 운영했는데 뮤탈을 예상하고 준비한 전략인지
▲ 뮤탈리스크를 예상했다기 보다 그냥 저그전 상대로 준비한 전략인데 상대 체제와 맞물려서 잘 맞아떨어진 것 같다.
- 초반 2연승인데 페이스나 컨디션은 어떤지
▲ 컨디션은 좋고 페이스는 개인리그에서 삐끗한 걸 제외하면 별로 나쁘지 않다고 생각한다.
- 다음 경기 상대가 SK텔레콤 정명훈인데
▲ 재미있을 것 같다. 지난 시즌에 한번 이겨본 상대라서 더 자신감이 있다.
- 최근에 저그가 강세인데 이에 대한 생각은
▲ 그냥 저그 선수들이 잘하셔서 그런 것 같다. 그런 것에 대해 특별한 생각은 없고 그냥 열심히 해서 이기는 것이 정답인 것 같다.
- 마지막으로 하고 싶은 말이 있다면
▲ 팬 여러분들이 많이 응원해주셨는데 개인리그 떨어져서 죄송하다. 앞으로 더욱 열심히 노력하겠다.

- How do you feel about winning against KT?
▲ It's been a really long time since I did a proleague interview. I'm happy I was able to break my losing streak and KT's winning streak.
- It's your first win after two losses
▲ Although I'm doing well in the individual leagues, I was doing badly on the Proleague. I thought I would be losing for a long time in proleague if I lost today's match, but thankfully, I won.
- You used a Three Gateway build
▲ It's an all-in attack. I thought of using it from the beginning.
- Your opponent built a Shield Battery to defend
▲ I still had more Dragoons, and I saw that he built a Nexus, so I knew if I just didn't make a mistake, I would win.
- Why do you think you lost the last 2 games?
▲ I think I thought too much about my play, without considering what my opponent would do.
- You're going to become the Protoss ace in your team once Much leaves tomorrow

- KT를 물리친 소감은
▲ 프로리그 인터뷰가 굉장히 오랜만이다. 나의 프로리그 연패를 끊어서 기쁘고, 상대 팀의 연승도 끊어서 기쁘다.
- 2연패 후 시즌 첫 승인데
▲ 개인리그는 분위기 좋다고 하지만 프로리그는 연패중이어서 만약 이번 경기에서 진다면 연패가 오래갈 것 같았다. 그런데 이겨서 다행이다.
- 3게이트 공격을 시도했는데
▲ 올인 공격이 맞다. 연습할 때부터 올인을 생각하고 작정하고 준비한 전략이다.
- 상대가 배터리를 지으면서 방어했는데
▲ 배터리를 지어도 드라군 숫자에서 차이가 나는데다 넥서스를 지은 것을 보고 실수만 하지 않는다면 뚫을 수 있을 것이라고 생각했다.
- 초반 2연패를 당한 원인을 꼽는다면
▲ 너무 내 위주로 생각을 한 것 같다. 상대가 뭘 할지도 고려해야 하는데 내 것만 생각하다 경기를 그르친 것 같다.
- 내일 박영민이 입대하면 팀의 프로토스 주축 선수가 되는데
▲ 일단 (박)영민이 형은 훈련 잘 받으시길 바라고 이후에 프로리그에서 같이 맞붙는다면 재미있을 것 같다.
그리고 팀의 프로토스는 나뿐만 아니라 다른 선수들도 잘한다. 나도 도움을 주지만 도움을 받기도 하기 때문에 모두 힘을 합쳐서 잘했으면 좋겠다.
- 이번 시즌 목표는
▲ 이번 시즌 목표는 일단 40승 이상으로 크게 잡았다. 목표는 클수록 좋다는 생각이 들었다. 꿈이 커야 더 열심히 한다고 생각하기 때문에 최선을 다하겠다.
- 마지막으로 하고 싶은 말이 있다면
▲ 연습 도와 준 선수들에게 고맙고, 항상 응원해주시는 팬 여러분들께도 감사 드린다. 더욱 열심히 하겠다.

▲ KT was first place, so I'm happy that we won. I think we will continue this momentum and win the next match as well

▲ I think it's because I try my best for each match I am given. I will continue to work hard to get more wins than I did last season

▲ KT가 1위였는데 이겨서 기쁘다. 이 기세를 이어 받아 다음 경기도 이길 것 같아서 기쁘다.
- 개막 이후 4전 전승인데
▲ 주어진 경기를 열심히 하다 보니 이런 결과가 나타난 것 같다. 앞으로도 열심히 노력해서 지난 시즌보다 더 많은 승수를 쌓고 싶다.
- 오늘 운영이 안정적이면서도 탄탄하던데 어떻게 준비했는지
▲ 연습을 정말 열심히 했는데 그 만큼의 결과가 나온 것 같다. 그것보다는 (진)영화가 조금 더 열심히 연습을 했으면 좋겠다. 최근에 영화의 경기를 보면 조금 불안하다(웃음). 나보다 연습을 덜한다.
- 다음 상대가 SK텔레콤 박재혁인데 오늘 이제동을 잡았다
▲ 최근 박재혁 선수의 기세가 상당히 좋으신데 한번 제대로 붙어보고 싶고, 꼭 내가 승리를 거두도록 하겠다.
- 최근에 저그가 강세인데 본인의 생각은
▲ 나도 그건 잘 모르겠다. 저그 선수들이 연습을 열심히 하나 보다. 저그에게 맵이 좋다는 의견에 대해서는 모든 종족이 할만하고 특별히 유리한 종족도 없는 것 같다.
- 요즘 컨디션이나 페이스는 어떤지
▲ 컨디션도 좋고 게임도 많이 이기긴 하는데 생각대로 손이 잘 안 움직인다. 원인을 몰라서 나도 조금 답답하다.
- 마지막으로 하고 싶은 말이 있다면
▲ (박)영민이 형 입대 잘 하시고 앞으로 잘 지내셨으면 좋겠다. 나이도 많으신데 건강 조심하시기 바란다.
