Not too long ago I'd have this problem with extreme anxiety to the point where I couldn't sleep because of the thought of "What if I were to not wake up the next morning?" After a while and some thinking it just took some acceptance that I do not comprehend things beyond my grasp. And the only way to be content with dieing is to live life now and to make sure you can do what you feel is necessary to justify your existence. FER REAL BITCH. | ||
