But i tend to drink Wiskey MMMM straight up most of the time, black label and Markers Mark

Vodka mixes fairly well with more acidic, citrus juices. Orange juice, cranberry juice, etc. You also have to be aware of the ratio of alcohol to juice. You don't want weak drinks, but you also don't want super strong ones either. There are a number of good websites (like webtender) to check out some recipes.

look up online. i generally do ~3 shots mixed with about 10-12 oz

Yeah, there's lots of easy things. Vodka is most commonly used for that kind of stuff. I guess the question is are you looking to enjoy the alcohol or just get drunk? If you just want to get wasted, you could pound away jack & cokes and never taste the alcohol.

A lot of girls I know drink stuff like this

I would suggest either Malibu and pineapple or fruit tingles for fruity taste suggestion.

2 more possibilities are Black / White Russians 1/2 nips though, if you use 1/2 nips then it is 1/2 a shot of vodka and 1/2 a shot of kahlua, milk for white or coke for black. The kahlua is the stronger taste out of the spirits so the vodka isn't too noticeable, if you want it even weaker use a tall(er) glass (so more coke / kahlua).
