This sort of thing is allowed in blogs right?
MMX (Micro Macro SLASH) is a relatively new iccup team. We're recruiting C+/B-/B players at the moment. We also need a graphics designer for our site (http://mmxgaming.co.nr/) who would be allowed into the team fully for his efforts regardless of skill.
Currently, our roster is small but strong: MMX.Magician (aka MMX.Firebird, B- last season), MMX.Malevolent (B- last season), and MMX.Varuser (strong but rusty user, and is not decided on name).
Our site currently is http://mmxgaming.co.nr/ , but will soon be mmxunderground.net.
If you join team, you will be expected to ladder on your MMX name on iccup, and participate in as many future clan wars as you can make.
While we're aiming for C+/B-/B ranks, it is both not necessary to have achieved those ranks in the past if you exhibit that skill level in a tryout, and we also reserve the right to deny you entrance to team even if you have achieved those ranks in the past if you do not live up to expectations (or if we can't stand you).
The goal of MMX is to form a good team out of players willing to play competetively and strive to get better, while helping out the other members in team. We aim for a competetive environment of relatively good gamers.
Ideally we would like to make an impact on foreign (particularly American) gaming, and bring up good players.

Yes he's leader, but he doesn't represent the team as a whole as far as manner goes.

VarsityUser is possibly the best looking SC player on the scene. That's not all, he's a world reknowned player for credibility, manner, and basically never losing a single game except to Boxer on the day boxer quit.
When VarsityUser moves dragoons, people simply look around in awe, as if they expected a symphony to be in close proximity. No, that's not music, that's VarUser's delicate surgeon micro...
I'm worst member in MMX and I'm only in this clan because I know Magician..
MMX.Malevolent inspires me because he's brutally honest and doesn't hesitate to call me a newb or say what's on his mind. This makes me try to improve more.. Malevolent is also very good at starcraft. I also like MMX.Magician a lot because he's nice and training me to get better.

- Didn't play for few months and still raped Malevolent in a bo3
Malevolent must be such a pro.

He was HILARIOUSLY BM, and at the end of the game called me a 'typical teamliquid.net map abuser' or something like that.
FPVOD from me (if you don't have the patience to watch the game, click at ~4 minutes and 20 seconds or so, when I first drop him(I mean with units, not a disc ), and after he calls me 'hacker' move to the last minute of the video, and watch that)

Absurd member descriptions aside, we still have a core B- lineup at the moment. If a team of C+/B-/B players is for you, msg for a tryout.
