" But with echeating, she actually longs to be intimate mind to mind, soul to soul with someone else too.

Personally i would be more troubled if my girlfriend spent many late nights chatting away, sharing her most intimate details with a person online, and getting to really "know" (re: old english use) the other person than if it was just a drunken rush of passion.
