I'm eating healthy too... like Omega-3 Eggs, Veggies, Whole Wheat Bread, Sliced Turkey Meats, Lilydale Chicken (Not fried shit or cooked with oils, it's baked and stripped.) Donno. I eat 3 main meals a day with a snack in between lunch and dinner. But the next day... I shit like 4 small pieces. But the food from the day before must add up to way more than that. WTF?    | ||
