UPDATE:
I started a clan/team on iccup for those players who want to get better but can't seem to gain any ground by playing random iccup matches versus unpredictable levels of talent and smurf accounts. So far we have about 50 members and counting.

3960 port In ICCup we use the "Discipline" channel. You can join that channel simply by typing "/j discipline" when you enter TheAbyss. If you experience lag try the latest version of Hamachi instead of iccup to play each other. + Show Spoiler +server: discteam

I'm a solid D player... I know the MU basics but have the mechanics and game sense of someone who has only been playing SC with intent for less than six months and only this season started to play iccup as a habit. I played SC when it first came out like most...but only discovered the korean scene in mid '08. I played Dota for about 3 years and even played some competitions last year but gave that up to focus on SC. I am most comfortable with P but lately have been practicing all MUs and focusing on becoming comfortable playing Terran as my main...
im 26 and american but i live in china. i play in evenings and weekends here which is GMT +8 time zone. I want to get players from all countries so there is always convenient games to be had. iccup rules but can be unforgiving to new players since its so random in terms of skill pairings.
the preliminary goal of this organization would be to get all members up to D+/C- level by the end of the season. Realistically it would be be great if everyone could maintain at least D level with ~100 games.
Also, if there are any veterans who want to become instructors. I am dedictated and willing to learn. I will do my best to keep the riffraff out of this clan. I only want to have like 15 or so dedicated members.. not 50 random people who just want to have a tag in front of their names.

Every now and then, a thread like this comes up... trying to unite all the low-level players and collectively get better.
I'm not saying it's a good idea, but it needs a very firm organization, as one clan like this, SeeD, died even when at peak it had about 30 members with about 10 regular players.
In the even this succeeds, I am willing to help althought I'm probobly C level. Nevertheless, I could point out some stuff here and there for lower level players.

sick dude. Its guys like wala.revolution that we need. I know im definetly not the 10th person to try something like this but it really is a better idea to mix games on iccup with randoms with clan scrims. Ill be home in like 30 mins if you wanna play some.

THEY SEEM to be active.. thats great. but they dont have a tag and seems like only 10/50 people have played games this season. i want us to have a tag and have some sense of unity.
i will do my best to organzie some stuff. but help is always needed.
we should get ventrillo and help each other by OBSing games and practicing certain MU and BO against each other training/drill style. winning is irrelevant. training and learning will take precendent. losing is better for improving anyway since making mistakes (but not repeating them) is the only way to learn something.
For now I want to call this thing, Discipline or Clan Discipline.
Im not into bondage or spankings... dont worry.. discipline is needed to improve in any field (and also the name of a sick king crimson album/song).

PS I have no lag problems playing on Iccup.

I think having Disc. infront of your name might bring a bad image.
Go for something cool like.
