Edit: Most important thing is to not give a shit what other people are doing. When I'm om there I get guys and girls all the time that go on the one next to me and start running like freaking jack rabbits. Don't try to match their pace, you're not there to look good, you're there to get your stamina up. And as has been previously suggested, when you think you're done, keep going. I remember a saying I saw on a blackboard in the military once: "You can do twice as much as you think you can, you can do half as much as your officers think you can and you can do fifty times as much as your mom thinks you can" | ||
