1) Don't ask from -> Reason:
Most likely the answer is fake anyways. Secondly when the answer is "Korea" its a mindgame from the start. You will think that the guy is gosu and you have no chance anyway. Just play like you would play any opponent and enjoy the game and try to concentrate and win.
2) Don't play all-in all the time -> Reason:
iCCup is your chance to try out strategies. Obviously you can practice all-in too since every good player most likely has a all-in move which he can pull, but not all the time. I'm not trying to "remove" cheesers / all-in users with this, but you will most likely gain a lot of experience if you practice builds you can always use. For example: My 1 Fact / 1 Port is really weak and I train it on iCCup with a smurf-ID, because no one will look at my stats, but I gain experience.
3) If you are emotional, you should smurf -> Reason:
There are always people who will look at your stats and trashtalk you when you "only" hit B with like 80-40, because they don't realise that its not stats that make you good. For example a German player "ash.Kolll" has, as it seems a lot of time on his hands and played ~800 games last season. He's on 300 now. He won against Clon (Airforce ACE) and he beat Phoenix66 2-0. Now thats what you get from experience.
:-)! Thats it from my side, feel free to add your own things!

I get creative when people ask me where I'm from.
France is my favorite answer, but I also use India a lot.

I never ask, if they say Korea I always joke with them about how it's an instant lose for me. I had one korean guy tell me he was chobo then roll me something fierce.

Koreans always go for "me chobo;;" because for Korean standards, they most likely are.

Agree on everything, especially smurfing.
Always when I embarassingly lose to someone I can just say to myself: "Nobody will ever know it was you, now go and create yourself a new account"

Smurfs are great

1.) Type gg when you lose a match. It shows some class and is better then pouting or being mad at losing.
2.) If your embarrassed about your record clear your stats.
3.) Learn to fucking scout early, especially Terran who don't bother walling and cry about getting cheesed.
4.) If you meet a zerg who is a grade or two above you and joins your game, expect he is cheesing newbies with all ins.
5.) If you meet a zerg player who is on the verge of getting to the next grade, expect cheese once again.
6.) If your on tilt or tired, take a break else your play will definitely be effected by frustration and fatigue.
7.) Concentrate on builds versus protoss, there's a shit lot of them and if your good versus the majority, your good on Iccup.
8.) Learn how to defend versus dark templars. They do it A LOT.
9.) Learn how to defend the most common cheeses from each race.

I completely agree with 1,2,3,7,8,9, although out of 40 games I've only been cheesed 4 times. I don't get 4 and 5 though.

I tend to say Southpole. Sometimes I see friends from same place and sometimes people from northpole :D. I bet research guys are testing pings around Poles.

Say I am playing protoss, I am at D level and some big shot C- level zerg decides to join my game. Now why would he do this considering his points gain for winning the game is lessen so much? We can logically assume, I can expect some kind of 4 pool or 3 hatch zergling allin.
I guess if you played few hundred games on Iccup you get use to some psychological intuitions. Like why do you think people ask where you are from? They don't fucking care where your from they just expect your korean, or not korean to tell your skill level half the time.
