My day

After my first class I walked halfway across campus to Spanish and when waiting outside the door I noticed that one of the cute girls from my previous class had the exact same class as I did, basically she has the same class schedule I do for Tuesday and Thursdays. She sat next to me and we basically just talked for 15-20 minutes before a sub of some sort said the teacher would be unable to make it today and just passed out the syllabus and called the roll. Then we all left. And we basically parked in the same area so that was another four minutes of talking to each other.

Then about and hour ago I took a tour of a UPS Hub off of Millbranch. There was only me and another guy and basically we had to walk though a metal detector then she showed us the HUB where if hired we were expected to load like 700-1300 packages an hour while also unloading the same number in an hour. It was loud, there was not AC, and I assume no heat in the colder months. She was very upfront asking if we wanted to still do this, had any questions etc.

I learned that I wouldn't receive benefits until a year on the job, which sucked but it was better than nothing. I would get a pay raise after 3 months, basically if I am hired etc. And she asked me to fill another part of the application online, which I just did. And come back tomorrow at six.
