I got into U. Conn for the pharmacy program. I got into Baruch University (CUNY) with a full scholarship. I'm probably getting into St. John's for the pharmacy program.
Anybody attending these schools give me some insight here? I don't know where to go and how to decide X_X
If anybody has general guidelines on what to choose in terms of what I want and financial stuff, please post too
edit: Aw crap, I past my 4444th post without even noticing ~_~

I say go to CUNY.
Just because of the name.
Well, and a fully scholarship can be incredibly important if you don't have enough money to be comfortable.

uconn is supposed to be awesome. but full ride is nice man. really, comes down to the financial situation. you'd def have more fun at uconn though

Yeah, if money's no problem go for uconn, if it's even a slight problem go for cuny.

If you are cool with NYC then you can definitely go for it... but I know CUNY isn't for everyone (probably wasn't a good fit for me so I never applied to CUNY)

Is Baruch w/CUNY Honors?
St. John's Pharmacy is alright.
You wouldn't happen to be from NYC would you?

Well, lets see....where to start. I can't say anything about U.Conn, so no help from me there.
However, I currently go to CUNY Hunter....it's alright of a school. I'm a really big slacker, but I can tell you that if you have good work habits, it'll be a breeze for you. Rather, Baruch would be.
As for St. Johns, my girlfriend is currently in her third year there in the Pharmacy program. First two years seemed like prep years to me, as you take various courses (some dealing with pre-pharmacy things, others just out of necessity). It's certainly a difficult 6 (potentially seven years now), as I'm on the receiving ends of rants and headaches and what not. Nevertheless, certainly manageable, just be ready to spend a lot of time studying if you want top notch grades. Hope this has helped you....i'll try to answer any further questions if I can.

It was a one word mistake that many native speakers make all the time...
As for which one to go to, I don't really know much about the schools, but if there isn't a big gap in the education levels of each, I'd probably go with the free ride. U Conn would be tons of fun, though.
