I just really need to vent this shit. All my friends are working out of town right now. So I just really want to get this shit off my chest.
Wow my life is a fucking bad drama with all this shit going on...
Anyways, this is one of those situations where I feel so helpless and I only have one option to take. It's fucking driving me up the wall right now, but I'm just resisting the best I possibly can.
Here is what's going on.
It all started two days ago, some one broke into a car in the parking lot of my grandmas apartment. The woman apparently seen my brother and his friend do it. However I know 100% with out a doubt, they did not do it. It's just not them. So please don't dispute this if you feel the need to because it's not the issue.
The building managers wife (For the record, I'll say she pretty much is the manager. Because her husband doesn't do shit around here.) called the cops the next day, and a cop came over to my grandmas apartment. He started giving ME shit of all people. So I fucking told him, I had no idea what the fuck he was talking about, blah blah blah. He left. My mom decided to listen in on the conversation between the building managers wife, and the cop. She heard her tell the cop that it wasn't me but those other "things" referring to my brother and his friend. My brothers friend is pretty much a part of the family. So my mom took great offense to this. After the cop left, my mom went and talked to her. And she didn't flip out or anything, but she just asked her what the fuck was up? Why does she always have to start unnecessary shit.
Anyway, after all that shit. I figured it was done and over with. The cops can't do anything because there is no proof of anything. My grandma went and talked to the building managers wife. They worked it out. End of story...
WRONG, so why can't shit just be this simple? Because it's life.
Well this morning, I was listening to my music blaring so I unfortunately missed all this. If I didn't have my headphones on I would of stepped in right away... The building manager himself comes to our door. My mom answered, and he starts yelling at my mom, and threatening her. Now my grandma is really old, and she is in horrible health. She stresses very easily. So she heard all the yelling and shit, so she got scared and stressed. Which triggered her to have a heart attack. Now shes in the hospital.
I didn't find out she had a heart attack until about 2 hours ago. I was with my girlfriend by then. So I hurried my ass back here, and pounded on that assholes door. He answered, I remained very calm I'd say. For what I wanted to do to him. Either way, I gave him shit. His wife got involved, so my sister and mom stepped in and it turned into a short shouting match, until me and the building manager closed the doors (I say this, because he lives directly across from my grandmas apartment) because we could both tell it was going nowhere good.
So now I'm in a very stressful position. The doctors told us if she had another heart attack she wouldn't make it. All 4 of her arteries are clogged to a great degree. She's very sick as is. She just might not make it. Most people are not very close with their grandmothers. But I am. She raised me since I was 5. I owe her what little life I have going on for myself. If she dies, I have no idea what I'm going to do. I want to hurt that piece of shit so fucking bad right now. But I'm refraining for the shear fact of my grandma wouldn't want me to do anything like that. But if she dies... I just can't let this shit slide.
I really don't need this shit. My uncle who I was closest with, and my grandmas favorite kid just died a month and a half ago. The last thing I need is my grandma going too.

I'm really sorry Krohm. I probably can't say much that will help, but I really hope your grandma gets well. If not, I hope you can find the strength to go on with life very soon.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. Seems you just had a really really bad day, take it easy and talk with someone who is not involved in the situation, someone close. You have too much pressure building up, which its not good. Can't give much advice because i'm not directly involved, but I think you didn't handle the situation very well (I understand your grandma having a hearth attack it's not easy to handle), so what you need to do is this:
1. Watch over your grandma and stay with her till she gets well
2. Talk to your brother and get the facts straight
3. Talk to the manager and BE CALM

Fuck sakes. I'm kind of a manic person, so me telling you to fuck that guy up doesn't matter. There has to be some kind of legal resoloution here, if you feel like its ethical.

this is one of those situations where someone who has more power than you thinks he's right and you can't do anything about it but bite the bullet. that's why i always try to get more power. it might look like i'm a tyrant or something but i learned the hard way.
talk to the manager and his wife. say that you guys got off on the wrong foot. explain why you are positive it wasn't your friends who jacked the car. explain your grandma's condition and unless they are really really evil they will understand and not make such a fuss anymore. I would make it absolutely clear about your grandma's condition so that if they cause any more shit and your grandma dies from a heart attack you can get them arrested for indirect murder or something, just make sure they can't get away with the "omg eye didnt noez yo grandma wuz guna diez wtf"
imo in this case it's much better to just work things out than go the hard way since it would be a lose-lose situation. killing them won't bring your grandma back if push comes to shove, that's all i'm saying.

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear all of this. I hope your grandmother pulls through okay. My grandmother has been in a similar state of health for quite some time now, so I can empathize. 
Hopefully there is some way to (lawfully) respond to the behavior of the building manager and his wife. That type of behavior is completely unbecoming a manager.

There is no reasoning with this people. There is much more back story to this then I explained. You see, since they've been the care-takers well over 5 years ago. They've always made shit hard on my grandma. Not directly to her. But to her family. My mom is one of those people if she hears some one talking shit about her. She steps in. She also does this for any family member. It usually gets her into shit. Loraine (The building managers wife.) is a huge gossip queen. We've caught her talking shit multiple times on people, including us. She's a horrible person who you just can reason with. Her husband is pretty much her puppet for the most part. I'm actually amazed he came and yelled at my mom this morning to be honest. She probably put him up to it.
Loraine breaks the law all the fucking time along with "the tenant and land lords act". She enters tenants apartments with out permission. She's done this here many times. My moms friend recently moved in here, and she actually caught Loraine red handed in her apartment with out any reason given. Which is breaking the law, along with breaking the tenant and land lords act. The reason why she still does it? The building owner, simply does not give a shit. My mom called her today, and threatened legal action if something isn't done about Loraine. She didn't have much to say other then "Oh well".
Another thing is she tries to "ban" people from coming in here. Like my brother, his friend, my sister, and my mother. I'm pretty much the only person who she didn't try to kick out of here. Because I'm passive like my grandmother. But I really think that's going to change after what I pulled earlier today. Her reason for trying to ban these people? I'll list them off.
1. She doesn't like them personally.
That's it. That's her only reason. But she knows that, that isn't a good enough reason to legally "ban" some one. So she makes up bullshit stories to get rid of them. She called the cops on my mom once. Then once a break in happens on a car. She points the finger at my brother. She's abusing her little power she has to a great degree.
So we're getting a lawyer and hopefully this shit can be solved legally. If we can manage to get a couple tenants to come forward maybe we can get them tossed out of this place. I really don't think it'll work though. The law here doesn't give a shit unless you're selling drugs or if you've killed some one. Fuck they don't even care about rape.
As for my brother robbing that car. It just did not happen. I'm not in denial or anything. I just know 100% that it didn't happen. Loraine just said that, because she hates my brother and his friend. She hates my whole family in fact excluding my grandma. The only reason she likes my grandma is because she's so passive and lets Loraine walk all over her.
Either way, I'm much more calmed down. I got a call and my grandma is stable. So I just really hope she pulls through. I'm still worried as shit though. This happened to my uncle. He had a heart attack, and he was fine for 3 days afterwards. Then his respiratory system just gave out on him, and he died 2 days later. So she's not out of the clear yet.

seems like you're at the shittiest situation then: not enough to get much legal support from cops and/or lawyer (I might be wrong) but just enough to annoy the shit out of you. =/
lol sorry i didnt mean necessarily to kill them off but something like:
you play a prank on them, like burning bag of shit or smthn (bad prank example i know but couldnt' think of much else)
then they get back at you by doing something, and when they do that, your grandma gets a heart attack and dies.
then in court, they just say that they're getting back at you for the prank and they get off with nothing and you lost your grandma.

if it's a problem with many of the other tenants as well a good thing would be to talk to them and maybe get some sort of petition or something. if you go to the cops with more people you havea better chance of convincing them. but man i really hope your neighbours aren't the type of people that are just freeloaders, like they all want these assholes gone, but no one is willing to take any action. ugh i hate those people that are like, ok if someone else does it and gets it done, thats cool but im not gonna put myself at any risk at all. so =/ depends if you're cool with your neighbours.
shit well i'd still go to the cops cuz its ur grandma's life here. anything potentially life threatening I think you can go to the police about.
yea i really love my grandma too. brought me up and everything. if some jackass gossiping snotty desperate housewife is going to give her a heart attack out of pure spite and my grandma dies i sure as hell won't go down easy.
