HI TO ALL PEOPLE IN LOVELY UK :D
i'm on virgin broadband (2Mb connection ATM because my housemate was retarded and thought it was a bundle with 20Mb connection..anyway we're changing soon)

the thing is for most of the week the internet isn't so bad
but on sundays it always gets really really damn slow WTF

its so annoying

is it because everyone's staying in on sunday to recover from hangovers and whatever and using the internet!?!

slow internet sucks.

Haha I was trying to find that bash.org quote before. I'm on the same connection as you alf and it's pretty good on all days. I've got 2 PC's hooked on it as well. It can get REALLY slow when one of us is uploading something though.

Pretty much all UK ISPs don't provide the full connection speed, and they're definitely not consistent either. Standards should be higher, but I suppose we're not a very "connected" country if you get what I mean.
