I have a dell projector ( http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04&sku=222-4881 ) which I use to watch video from my laptop using the vga cable. For audio, I plug some typical computer speakers into the microphone jack of the laptop.

I want to hook up my projector to my playstation 2. I checked and discovered that I can connect the yellow cable from the ps2 to the projector easily, and it works. I'm trying to decide what the best solution is for playing the audio. So far the best deal seems to be for me to get the following to items:

The plan is for me to plug the two audio cables from the ps2 into the first adapter, then plugging the first adapter into the second adapter, and finally plugging some speakers into the other side of the second adapter. This is ~12 dollars + tax, which I'm willing to pay.

My only questions are:

1) Is there a cheaper way to do this?
2) Is there a better way to do this?
