Hey Wardi.

I've admired what you've done ever since you hosted your first tournaments back in Wings. Its ok to get frustrated so long as you don't lose sight of the goal. I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad year but hopefully it'll get better.

Also never feel bad about going on vacation, we all need one from time to time. And when you do take one try and completely disconnect yourself from the rest of your troubles.

I wanted to also bring my opinion on this blog because i'm also a caster (french).
I already want to tell you that you do a great job and I advise you to continue like this

But to complain like that because you have not been chosen for me is shot in the foot for the future, because now it is sure that no event will want you because you will be associated with someone one who complains for nothing.

From 2011 to 2014 I had the chance to organize and broadcast a lot of tournaments and frankly it was a pure pleasure, but for personal reasons I had to stop and only resume at the end of last year and with that I send messages to several organizers to casts theyre tournaments and each time i receive positive answers (WCS, ASUS, small tournaments) but for this WCS Summer I was not caught but I did not complain because I know there will be other opportunities in the coming months.

Why your stream is not going so well maybe because you're stuck on Starcraft instead of doing multigames or even ladder, Must change from time to time and maybe even organized interviews with pro players.

And just an opinion, it would be as good to stop spending as much per month otherwise you'll really end up in total shit at being able to do nothing at all. If you still want to organize tournaments, do it with less cashprize like 100-150 €.

If you want to make a living as caster I would suggest to try to find out next big esports game. The earlier you get the foot in the door the better chances you have. There are a lot of casters who were small names on other game and then got huge in a new game.

You have big edge to many who are just starting casting, so you can really benefit from that.

Who knows what will happen 2020 in Sc2. If Blizzard cancels wcs the scene pretty much will die very quickly and there won't be casting gigs to anyone.

Also I agree with that it can hurt your changes when casting these b-streams and online cups. When you do solo cast for hours every day it will definetely show in quality. No one can keep the energy to cast so much and not be repeative etc.

In all honestly, I would say don't wait to be in deep shit before pulling out. You can always stay on the radar by streaming a bit during the weekend and all so if a lot more opportunity start showing up you'll be there.

If you can stay I would love for you to do so, but you are doing everything you can to be a full time caster and have been for a while, if you can make it great, if not, you have given your best shot, no need to screw yourself.

Dude i'm not novice here ! if you talk about audience viewers that's not what i'm saying, i just talk about his complain of not being chosen to be on the desk at Helsinki !
