It's been awhile, my last blog post was years ago (not counting 2016), when I was still a stupid fuck attending college, not knowing what I want to do with my life, attending classes, and in between them spending hours and hours into video games (SCBW/SC2 being one of them), and of course, my somewhat infamous "ask for homework help" blog posts. Throughout the years though, I have learned a lot, not only about the world I lived in but about myself as well, things seem to have changed, and while I still believe things changed, not myself, the truth is, I have changed along with the things that have changed. I discovered a love of traveling, hiking, and food, and they have - for the better part of five years or so - been a constant thing in my life. I am not one of those guys that enjoy exercise, so hiking is probably my most active activities. I have also not attended any gaming events until very recently where a coworker of mine said he got tickets to The International. I have played DotA2 for about two years before I stopped, but suffice to say, it was such a fun experience, I would definitely do it again. I have met so many different people from all over!
On top of that, I met Day9 on my first day there, definitely one of the highlights!
Luckily for me, Seattle wasn't raining the entire week that I was there either, it rained on my last day leaving though, delayed the plane by an hour!
First day, a bunch of fans lining up for the "Red Carpet" to watch their favorite teams enter KeyArena from their vans:
First day, watching Liquid get 2-1'd by my favorite team (iG) to lower bracket:
Hosts, panels.
Day9!
Seattle has a lot, and I mean A LOT of Poke spots, this is one of them, fantastic fish quality!
Seattle... you weird.
Watching some dotes outside.
Another day of walking in the premises of KeyArena:
Trading area! This was the last day, met a lot of fans, random people, but everyone was nice! Made $200 haggling, it was super fun!
Obligatory picture of my derpy self with Day9, good times!
I know we have liquiddota, but it is more fitting, at least for me, to post it here. I will definitely participate in next year's TI just because of all the fun times that I have had, hopefully it won't rain next year either. Until next time friends! GL HF!

The picture about the missing skulls is all kinds of fucked up. Yeah, I was walking back from checking a lunch spot, it wasn't too long of a walk, about ~2 miles, and I walked past this house that had that sign, it's so weird, people keeping skulls and people stealing skulls. Odd. Downtown Seattle is going through a ton of renovation, I haven't seen that many homeless people since NYC. Pretty daunting.
