2016 has been a pretty decent year of lifting so far. My bench is slowly getting to places, and I've hit very nice personal bests in the squat and deadlift.
However, I can predict my left glute to be a major burden for my progress as the year goes on. I get a sharp pain near my piriformis when I squat/deadlift sometimes, and no amount of stretching so far seems to get rid of the issue. Maybe it's time to see a physio soon.
Anyway, for Deadlifts, I went from pulling 180kg on a stiff bar and then dropping 190kg on a whippy bar in December 2015. In 2016, I've managed to pull 200kg/440lbs on a stiff bar, then almost got 210kg/460lbs except that I hitched it.
Squatting has always been something that came very naturally for me, and even though the only kind of lower body volume work came from deadlifting and random leg isolations, I managed to hit a 20kg PR at 200kg. Got a little too excited during this lift and lmaoroidrage. Would have attempted 200kg+ but the school gym didn't have anymore weights.
Btw squatting with a whippy bar is so uncomfortable, look at how it's still wiggling after racking
Anyway, hopefully my glute heals ASAP. If anybody has any advice please let me know what can help. I think I'll be competing again in August, where I should have a decent chance of smashing the national record at the federation I wanna compete in - 180kg (I already have 20kg on this). I might compete in May just to get a feel of things again and check my progress though. All in all, this seems like it's going to be a very eventful 2016 in terms of lifting!
Very nice. Form on squat could definitely use some improvement though, also seems like you didn't hit or go below parallel from this angle. Nevertheless, amazing numbers on your squat.
Regarding the piriformis pain, try deadlifting with a narrow stance as sumo deadlifts can be an instigator of this type of pain.

I've tried shifting to conventional stance, but I can't pull without any sort of pain, compared to sumo.
Where exactly is your bench press? Have you thought about or are you competing? What is your bodyweight?
Our numbers are close, I pulled 505lbs/230kg in competition back in December and squatted 425lbs/195kg. My bench was 270lbs/122.5kg then. Since then, I have drastically increased the volume for my bench and focused on volume for accessory as well. Putting in that work has paid off and I recently hit 275lbs/125kg x2 in the gym touch and go. So I am feeling real good about my next meet coming up.
I find it is good to get pumped up for a lift, but that can also make it easy to get out of the groove.
