Italian player "Sipario", captain of Team Matrix (mTx), has today announced his retirement from the SC2 competitive scene.
"I cannot stand this anymore - every game I get cheesed. And even if I get to the lategame, terran mech is such a bug, zerg is so OP. "
In spite of his recent platinum league promotion, Sipario just doesn't feel as motivated to play anymore, and has recently confirmed that prior to his retirement he was only playing 3 games a day, and got cheesed in each one of them, says a source close to the player.
"I just want to say my last words to my fans - don't try to all in zerg, it doesn't work. They always hold my 4 gate easily with infestors."
The whole Italy is mourning the loss of such a pillar to the local SC2 community. Without him, everyone would still be wondering which are the correct timings for placing down the first pylon on each map.

The best italian players are quitting. Without Sipa the italian community loses his mentor and his beacon. Sad times will come.

Really a bad news.
For me it's like an heart attack..In Italy I was undoubtedly the most gruff Z Sipario opponent, everybody in Italy remember that memorable BO7 with about 50 viewers and my legendary roach-muta-corruptor into ling-ultra switch in the 3rd game.
Don't give up Sipa, the diamond isn't only ad dream, HOTS patch will change and LOTV disruptors, like car bombs, will be for you like a children that you can grow until they're perfects suicide bombers to dissolve the masses of ling that will flood your mineral lines!
You can do it Sipario, don't give up! We trust in you!

Here is LuDwig. Former TM leader, I was Sipario mentor in bw time and early WoL. Retired since 2009-2010(?) Just returned only to say good bye to a old good friend.

Yes Baal is team-mate of mine, Team Matrix still fights, i'm not retired and zerg are op as usual
