Anyway to the point of the blog - I suggest you try to imagine what would you do if this was a girl and you were just not interested in her and act the same way. There is no real reason to feel weird about your friend being gay in 2015. Incidentally, my best friend is also gay - luckily I am extremely ugly so we never got to this point  The weird thing is that I didn't know for like ten years. In my defense, he was pretty unsure for a lot of the time and even tried dating a couple of girls (one of them is still a good friend of ours and she hates when we talk about it and stubbornly denies that he is really gay, for imaginable reasons) but somehow I feel like I failed miserably in our friendship by being so oblivious to such a basic thing of his life. At least you have that out of the way now! | ||
